Dinner was delicious. Breakfast was fabulous. Parking was easy. The pools and saunas were lovely. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Great authentic austrian/alpine looking hotel. Cozy bar, fantastic spa facilities with indoor and outdoor pool. Lovely staff. Food was 10/10 breakfast and dinner was probably best I ever had in any hotel. We were allocated to the old part of the hotel, not the newer part of the hotel. While rooms did not lack of anything the design felt dated and not as exciting as it could be. We wish we have stayed in newer room.

This place is an incredible maze with comfort and wellness hidden in almost every corner. The heated pools, the lounging areas, the adult only areas… It truly was an amazing, neat experience. And the transfers from the village to the ski pistes is a very big plus! They made luxury and relaxation available and accessible for a solo skier. And the ski cellar; amazing!

Everything about the hotel was what my son and I expected. The suites were finished in a very modern style and the artificial fireplace was the icing on the cake. The spa area was well dimensioned for the size of the hotel and the views from the top floor of the surrounding mountains was spectacular. The food we ate there, whether breakfast, afternoon "snack" or supper never disappointed. To be honest, there is not a lot they could have done better to make our stay enjoyable.

Spa is amazing, staff are super friendly and mountain shuttle is a super plus. Restaurant left something to be desired. Our room had a very funky smell and although the staff were attentive to try to try to rectify, we needed up switching rooms the second day.

Excellent hotel with attentive staff (thanks to Ildiko for her kindness). Comfortable bedding, spacious balcony, well-kept and charming premises. The parking lot is big enough even in high season. Quiet. They can provide you a meal for your hike. There is no mini-bar in the room (although indicated)
