The door is unlocked, don’t have key

stuff is friendly rooms are ok it was dirty because of the insects (a colony of ants in the bathroom), big brown ants in a living room, many geckos (that’s ok) and many dead insects on the floor on the stairs to my room so other insects like ants are coming and eating them stuff has never cleaned my room (only once when I asked after more then a week of not coming) pool was dirty and there is a template where they always turn on the music so loud so you can’t even sleep as well as in a villa next to the guest house

Staff is friendly and always willing to help. You have potable water to drink the whole time. I bought food to cook and reduce my expenses but the refrigerator doesn’t work, I had to throw away half the food because it went bad. Other guests and I reported the situation, staff said a new refrigerator was going to come in 2 days but it never happened. They are super aware of this but they do nothing. Also, the mattress is not confortable at all because they have a hole in the middle, it seems all of them are the same because other travelers told me. Bathrooms need a lot of improvement because they have mold and showers never look clean. I hate giving bad reviews bad I don’t like they said at the reviews they are going to take care of these kind of situations and you go there thinking everything is better but it is not. I really would love they improve a little these situations because the place is super nice.

A little far from Uluwatu but you can rent scooters directly from the hotel and get there pretty easily. They have a cafe which I have not, would of liked to have a breakfast included option.

Garden and pool was so nice. It was also very nice to have a kitchen actually. Staff were friendly and polite. Good value for money. Very recommended. Actual beds were old style hostel, noisy and not so comfy, no curtains for a bit of privacy. Then there was a terrible pipe noises, management should look into this.

Long swimming pool, beautiful garden

It was my first hostel type of stay in Bali and it was great! Met the nicest people at the dorm, location was convenient as i could go to either side of Uluwatu to explore easily. Staff was really lovely and helped out with airport pick-up, scooter rental and other small things during my stay:) Great wifi too! I think cleanness at the dorm could be improved.

The staff were the best thing about our stay! They were the most loveliest people we’ve came across in Bali (and that’s saying something as everyone in Bali is lovely!). They go out of their way to ensure your stay is stress free and relaxing. Always smiling and so warm and friendly! Property is a little dated and could probably use a bit of a deep clean but it didn’t make a difference to our trip! Always had clean days and the place was cleaned daily too!

Good budget friendly option, very kind and polite staff (one of the ladies helped me with laundry) The whole place is a bit run down, uncomfortable mattress, the dorm windows hardly close and the toilets are so small you barely have space to sit straight with the doors closed.

The outdoor area looks stunning and you can relax there pretty well. Nice pool btw. Room was totally fine, everything is clean, very friendly personal :)

Very peaceful and cool staff, the pool and the garden are amazing.

Location The toilet was infested with various numbers of worms, spiders, insects and cockroaches

The bathrooms are covered in black mold and they have bedbugs. My back has bite marks everywhere.

Good location. Close to lots of restaurants. Supermarket close by and a quick 15 minute scooter ride to the beach. Scooter rental available at property. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We would stay again. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but that didn’t matter.

The outdoor area is nice. The dog and cats made the stay more enjoyable I wish the dorm has better privacy between beds. The beds are a bit creaky, it wakes me up every time someone turns on their bed
