The entire hotel is like artwork, just breathtaking views and great facilities, the staff is so considerate and helpful, they created a WhatsApp group before our arrival and all our questions were answered within minutes. Been recommending this place to all my friends since then!

Staff, location, environment is perfect We went on the weekend, and it seems that they closed most activities on the weekend. Also, the quality pf the meet and the chicken on their all restaurants could be better.

Location is outstanding room is very big and clean bed is comfortable.. staff at the entrance are very welcoming.. Service is horrible.. ordered the golf car and I waited for a bout 45 min maybe longer and some times didn't show.. all workshops are sold out. even i've getting the worst customer Service during the arrangements for private classes! Longe waiting time extended to hours to get responses for my requests and most of the time i get ignored.. i ended up by contacting the manager for my even simple requests (and to be fair enough he was nice to us and he tried his best to bless us but i was already done with the terrible service)

Overall excellent. Spa is world class Some small details to focus on. Brought bar tab to villa to sign it mid Afternoon interrupting the afternoon siesta, could have done it any time I was up at the hotel.
