They upgrade me to bigger room with sea view. Room is big. staff are friendly the location is very good. The pillow is hard and very big which make you not comfortable. TV no channels working. The wi-fi is slow.

The pillows were uncomfortable. The reception was informed several times about this issue. I visited the hotel again; however, the feedback was not addressed and no corrective action was taken.

They agreed to change my room to a quieter A/C TV is not linked to internet & I missed few more games.

The location is quite good but the entrance is a dirt road from 30 meters. The AC was noisy & I could not sleep. TV is a cheap Chinese brand. I was not able to pair it to my mobile to watch an important game (it says no internet although it’s connected to hotels WiFi)

The hotel is one of the best in the area. Location and view is great right in front of the sea. The staff is brilliant specially Aeshah, she is extremely helpful and has amazing customer service skills. WiFi is a big issue also mobile network coverage is not good either. Overall cleanliness is amazing in and out of the room but I think the bathroom shower floor needs to be cleaned up to good standards as well.

I would like to sincerely thank the receptionist, Jamla, for her warm welcome and exceptional service throughout my stay. She was consistently professional, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her positive attitude and helpfulness truly made my experience more enjoyable and memorable.
