nothing “This was honestly one of the worst resort experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable for the price we paid. The bed sheets had visible yellow stains on them, which already made the room feel unhygienic the moment we arrived. The most shocking part was finding a poisonous insect on the bed. My wife and I genuinely felt unsafe and uncomfortable after seeing that. We could not relax or sleep at all because we were worried there could be more insects in the room. We didn’t even properly stay at the resort — we left on the very first night because we simply could not sleep or feel safe there. That completely ruined part of our vacation. What made the experience even worse was how the staff handled everything. At first, the hotel ignored our messages and did not answer when we urgently contacted them about the situation. Later, they apologized and promised us a refund because of how serious the issue was, but after we checked out and left the resort, they stopped following through and never refunded us as promised. For a place advertising itself as luxury, the hygiene, customer service, and professionalism were extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend people avoid this resort and choose somewhere safer and cleaner in Bali.”

Maybe more Balinese food for breakfast would be nice, but no complaints otherwise. There are also many stairs which we were ok with but can potentially be hard for someone with mobility challenges might find it hard.

The bed sink in the middle, uncomfortable but not that bad and breakfast selection could be improved, i got bored of the menu after the second day.

Views were very nice. Very comfortable rooms and huge bathrooms, along with private pool. There was a sewer-like smell from the ground floor toilet that was very strong. It may be because Bali had heavy rains and the drains were not working in optimal condition. Limited breakfast options. In-house restaurant meals were very average. We chose to order from outside and take-away options were heaps more and much better in taste. Additionally, the hotel was very particular about how much cutlery to have in the room - we had to ask for cutlery each time and they would only bring a limited amount. The hotel did however provide free unlimited drinking bottled water which was very nice.

We celebrated our one-year anniversary here, and it couldn’t have been better. The villa is super private, quiet, and peaceful — perfect for a relaxing escape. The breakfast selection was just right, light but satisfying, not over the top like a big buffet. The villa itself was clean and spacious, with a beautiful ocean view and a calm atmosphere. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and even the security guards were warm and welcoming. Overall, it felt very comfortable and serene — exactly what we were looking for. nice if the pool was cleaned during daily housekeeping. The road leading to the villa can be a bit tricky, so I’d recommend renting a bigger scooter. A buggy or cart service between villas would be great too, as the distance can be quite far — especially for older guests. Wi-Fi could also be improved.

Unfortunately Bali Helicopter tours made some noise during the days.

Staff was professional and helpful. The villa is very spacious and tranquil. Location is just bad. Tucked far inside a dark lane with the road full of potholes. This property list itself as luxury spa and charged a premium price for it. However, everything about the property is dated. Mouldy toilet, shower faucet that looks like it's from a budget hotel and is falling apart. Only one power point tucked away behind the bed creating so much inconvenience. TV program full of pixel. Loud ac that is not working in room 25.

Manik and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The 3 bedroom villa was beautiful, the bed and room was comfy and spacious. The pool was nice and refreshing and the breakfast and dinner was amazing from the restaurant.
