Shower was dirty. Only one towel for two guests. Washand basin was broken.

Centrally located No towels in arrival Received 3 sets of towels that were either smooth that they looked like sheets, or were totally ripped and filthy. The security guard was used as the person running up and down to sort things out. Breakfast complete failure, despite booking halal breakfast and confirming it at check-inn, nothing was catered and we simply just received blank stares No secure parking

When I requested a cancellation without penalty/fees due to no on-site parking being available, the property denied the request and I still paid the full rate eventhough I had to find other accommodation that could offer on-site parking.

It was very centra; - Changed booking on booking.com but nobody replied to confirm that it is in order. I had to phone to confirm my date changes - No secure parking for vehicle

Comfortable room and beds wit good shower. Location is bad and mince was finish when we went for breakfast. Some of the guests were very noisy with open doors.

After complaining and demanding the contact details of the owner, we were upgraded to another hotel, which was clean and acceptable. We were double booked. The receptionist was confused and did not know how to solve the problem. He allocated another room to us, but the key given to us would not open that room. The whole building smelled of smoke. The carpets were dirty. There was no lift. Not acceptable at all.

We enjoyed the large bed and clean room with a lot of space. The location and parking feels a bit unsafe. We travelled from Cape Town and did not know the area.
