This was a great stay to be close to Disney without being in one of the big hotels. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and quite spacious for Japan. Good location for local restaurants and right by a 711 for quick and cheap brekky.

The dinosaurs were absolutely hilarious. We booked this hotel just for that. The room was pretty standard and quite clean. If ever you have issues (we needed to borrow a luggage scale) the employees will come meet you in the lobby to assist. Very pleasant staff. The provided pajamas fit a little odd, so we opted for our own. The location is not ideal, unless you are going to Disney. It is quite far from Tokyo (for first time traveller, the map can be deceiving)

It was next to 2 convenient stores, which was great, but just around the corner is a drug store. This was more important when two of our party started having allergic reactions to something. The drug store workers were very helpful in helping me find Claritin. It saved our trip. The complimentary bus to Maihama train station was great, but if needed a city bus also came right there. The staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints

The hotel was close to the bus station, convenient stores and restaurants. The place was clean and the beds are very comfortable. Not enough space to move around for 3 people especially if you have multiple large luggage in the same room..

THE LOCATION IS VERY CLOSE TO DISNEY, ONLY 5 MINS TAXI RIDE. AND THERE'S A LOT OF RESTAURANT AROUND. THE ROOM IS A BIT TOO SMALL, I HOPE IT WILL BE BIGGER TO HOLD A FAMILY.

Rooms are tiny and there were three adults. Good thing we only had backpacks because if we carried more luggage than that, we would have no place to put it.

That the staff helped find my card and were very friendly and helpful even with English speakers The beds are so hard I had the worst sleep especially with body pains all day and night it was like sleeping on a rock

This property is close to Tokyo Disney & the great thing is that they offered a free shuttle to & from the hotel. It’s a self check in hotel, however the staff was readily available, which was great! We got there prior to our check in time and they have lockers to keep your luggage till check in time. When we arrived the luggage holding area was full so we called the staff (there is a staff phone in the lobby) and they immediately came to assist us. They took our bags to a secured area and provided us a bag ticket for pickup when we return. The staff is awesome! The hotel was clean and very comfortable. They also have a laundry area if you need to wash/dry clothes. Also, there is a breakfast buffet area with alot of yummy options.

Checked in by dinosaurs, yes please. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast available at the connected 'Jurassic Dinner' is great and staffed with helpful friendly people. The shuttle to the station/resort fills up, so be ready and line up a bit early. The concierge robot suddenly talking at 11:30 at night was a bit unnerving.
