It was terrible I am disabled and had an accident while at my stay and the hotel made me leave and didn't give me my deposit back either. I would love to have my deposit back

Clean rooms, friendly front desk check-in, very affordable.

Just off the interstate Not near a place to eat. Breakfast was minimal

Kids screaming all hours of the night.

Clean washroom Plenty of parking available Decent for the price - It would be nice if the room came with a steam iron and a coffee machine. These are basics, and no one would actively look for such amenities when booking a hotel. - Breakfast was disappointing. I had too many expectations maybe, lol

Check out was easy although I didn’t have breakfast.

We were promised the rooms with the amount of beds we booked. The staff was hard to understand and was rude. Their fix was to give another room, which didn't fix the problem. We found a different hotel to stay at. Was on the phone with support for over an hour only to be told all they could do is give us a $70 refund and we paid almost $500. Terrible customer service. Will never book here again or use Guest Reservations again!

Room smelled bad of cigarette smoke especially in the bathroom. For the price the room is very outdated.

daily cleaning, most of the staff was friendly, room amenities, parking etc was good.

I went up to the front desk to see how we could resolve this and I ended up being yelled at by both the front desk lady and the cleaning lady, I was trying to let them know I really didn’t want to cause trouble but I ended up leaving because I am not confrontational and it was two ladies yelling at me they made me feel like a child and it’s their fault but pointed the finger at me. After I went back to my room we received a call saying we could switch rooms to a clean one, which I don’t understand why they didn’t just do that in the first place. It was grad weekend at Urbana so there were no other hotels we could really go to because they were all triple the price. Please be careful with this place!!
