Nice property, its more of a home stay and not a five star property. Very nice owner and excellent home made breakfast available . Owner is very helpful and can make arrangements for local sightseeing also at reasonable price.

Our stay in a 200 yrs old house converted to a boutique hotel located near the city center was amazing. It was more of a friendly and Family environment as the hotel is been managed by a beautiful family of father, sons, daughter in law along with their lovely staff, who took special care of each and every guest. During the Eid evening there was a lovely Turkish music & Dance performance which added to our experience. The daily breakfast was tasty and simple. The food was fresh and nice, they served us a nice fresh glass of orange juice. They had different types of sauces and breads.

WE LOVE AJA!! Location is great close to everything, stuff is friendly and welcoming. Food is delicious, rooms are clean comfortable bed. They were so helpful throughout our stay. Big thanks to Mr. Serdar, Mr. Hasan, Mr. Mirac and Mr. Eray. Also big thanks to the lady’s behind the kitchen for every morning hot and delicious breakfast!! Highly recommended!!!! Nothing

Nice room in a cave hotel in Ürgüp. The hotel is conveniently located close to the bus station and market, with restaurants and sights within 5 to 10 minutes' walk. There is a rear courtyard with a fountain which is a lovely place to relax. The breakfast was delicious, particularly the fresh bread and baked items, and the staff are all very friendly and hospitable. Everything was great.

Everything - the rooms were tastefully furnished and in keeping with the period. Everything was well thought out We could highly recommend this hotel. The location was a very short walk into the town I have to mention the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They booked trips, taxis shuttle bus to and from airport. Always happy to help in any way they could There was nothing negative

We planned a short stay in Ürgüp for our wedding anniversary. We went to see a few other hotels before we decided to stay in Aja hotel. Perfect choice! We were received by 2 brothers, and they helped during check-in and adviced us with a good restaurant. The room was very large and cozy. The bathroom was excellent, with a large pool/jacuzzi for 2. The bed was good. We went in the winter, and the room/hall temperature was perfect. Next morning we did a ballon tour, arranged by the brothers. We were picked up from our hotel, and after the tour dropped off in front of our hotel. At breakfast we were received by the mother of the 2 brothers for breakfast. She is a very nice older lady, and made us feel like we were at home. She prepared a lovely breakfast - we could eat as much as we wanted. After breakfast we had a good chat, and at noon we checked out. She even gave us a present in the form of a local delicacy! Very nice family owned/runned hotel by lovely locals. Definately a place to return to next year! There was nothing I didn't like. From check-in to check-out we were very satisfied!

As others have said, the hospitality was amazing here, with super nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and it did feel like we were dining in a family’s home. My only recommendation would be to not stay in the economy double room - it is extremely small and there’s no place to put any of your stuff. We were hanging out towel on the TV to dry. There were no side tables and there’s paint chipping off the walls so that room overall just looked a lot worse than I expected for a 5 star hotel. We spent a lot of time in the common area because we couldn’t hang out in the room at all. The other rooms are probably much more spacious. Also the location is down the hill so there aren’t good views like there are from other Urgup hotels that are higher up.
