Ended up getting an upgrade and stayed at Dionysos Cave Cappadocia Hotel instead. Don’t have a ton of experience at hotels, but hard to imagine finding a nicer one. The room was 10/10 (huge bathroom, jacuzzi, comfortable bed and balcony with a fantastic view), the staff was 10/10 (friendly, helpful and very welcoming and generous) and the breakfast was 10/10. If I ever find my way back in Cappadocia, this is 1000% where I’ll stay again. ZERO complaints.

Perfect place to stay in Cappadocia. From start to finish, the staff were very professional. We changed the date twice in advance and on arrival we added an extra night and they were very flexible about it all. When we arrived, we asked them if they could do our laundry. They said they don’t offer laundry services but within 10 mins they had sourced someone who would look after it for us. The place is very small so it’s nice and quiet and there are lots of lovely spots to sit and relax in. The breakfast is delicious and the lady who prepares it always offers a smile. The room was very comfortable and the beds were the highlight. It was like sleeping on a cloud. We cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cappadocia. The bathroom door is so low we bumped our heads several times until we got used to it.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, very good breakfast in the morning, walking distance to Ürgüp center. Spacious rooms, ensuit bathroom. Nice balcony /terrace on the roof for everyone viewing city and rock formations Nothing I didn't really like, but maybe a suggestion for the shower, to put a curtain or a something to start the water from the shower spraying into the whole bathroom.

The room was absolutely beautiful. I particularly liked the bed and the area with cushions, which were both very comfortable. The terrace outside the room was also lovely and the view was really nice. The hotel's location was great. There were lots of places to eat nearby, and the area was close to everything but quiet. However, he best part was the family that runs the hotel. They treated me like family (and even called me so) and this made my stay so special. They organized a lovely dinner with cheese, wine, and freshly baked potatoes on the rooftop with the other hotel guests, and there was just such a warm atmosphere all around. Everyone sat around the fire and shared a nice long conversation. I had an early flight the next morning and they got up extra early to make sure I could have my breakfast before I left. And of course, I can't leave out the lovely and friendly cats and dog. From the moment I arrive, Circle the cat jumped onto my lap and started purring and he was quickly followed by Gözükara, the dog. Both were super sweet. I left a bit of my heart in this place and will be sure to go back again next year (and many years to come). Nothing to say here. Everything was perfect! :) Just not staying longer hehehe
