The hotel location is uphill in an unpaved road. The staff couldn’t speak any English nor replied our messages in the booking app prior to our arrival. The reception had a strong cigarette smell. The WiFi was very unstable

It was so a nice stay, and all the staff was so kind and they smiled!! It's not easy to find it in Turkey special Zehra, and the breakfast was so delicious, sure I recommend it if you don't care if the place is far away from the down city

The hotel is lead by twin brothers who are very friendly, talkative, and dedicated. They do most of the things themselves, so you would expect since they work so hard that things would get clumsy, but NO! Everything is perfectly clean, welcoming, gorgeous, and indeed romantic. The breakfast is rich and diverse, there is always something you could find for your tummy. What I loved the most were the details that really made you feel at home. Well done guys I will recommend your hotel to anyone going to Cappadocia, Nevsehir, Göreme, Ürgüp. I always find something, but honestly, there was nothing. Maybe a bit scary because it is a cave, but that I knew before I came.

We loved everything about our staying there - location, facilities, friendly and helpful staff, traditional breakfast was really good and the view from the terrace is amazing! About room: very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with hairdryer, the heater works very good (although the days were hot, nights were still pretty cold) -

The hotel is nice. The rooms were great, the bathroom was huge. The breakfast was so exceptional. the staff in the resturant and reception were very nice and caring. It was a great experience There were lots of stairs to climb for a balcony and no lift. The hotel is not close to any place. You have to walk a ways to get to city center to eat or explore.
