Our stay was absolutely unforgettable. This hotel is truly one of the highlights of our trip to Cappadocia. Everything feels brand new (or exceptionally well maintained). The entire property is spotless, beautifully designed, and every detail has clearly been carefully thought through. The rooms are stunning cave suites that make you feel like you’ve stepped into another era, while still offering every modern comfort. It’s simply the perfect way to experience the magic of Cappadocia. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we especially loved the pillow menu, which made sleeping even better after long days of exploring. The food deserves a special mention. Every meal we had at the restaurant was outstanding, and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had—fresh, varied, delicious, and with plenty of options. What truly makes this place exceptional is the staff. Every single person welcomed us with a genuine smile and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness, warmth, and professionalism made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The pool was a true oasis during the hot summer days, and the entire hotel is so peaceful and beautiful that it constantly invites you to slow down, relax, and simply enjoy being there. It wasn’t just a place to sleep—it became a destination in itself. Finally, the location is ideal. It’s set in a charming, quiet village where you can truly unwind, yet it’s only about a 10-minute drive from Göreme, making it incredibly easy to explore the restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. If you’re looking for an authentic, luxurious, and unforgettable stay in Cappadocia, this is the place to book. We would return without hesitation

Everything was perfect during our stay. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and very well designed, with a special Cappadocia cave hotel atmosphere. The breakfast was also great, with many delicious options, and the location was very convenient for exploring Ürgüp and Cappadocia. General hotel atmosphere met our expectations and even exceeded them. Honestly, there was nothing important that we disliked.

The rooms and facilities were stunning and very cozy! Food was excellent, beds were comfortable, very clean, and management took great care of us. Cleaning staff was quite difficult and slow. We had to follow up many times to have pillows changed or get room service dishes removed. When they did come, they tracked their wet shoes through the room without cleaning it up. We weren’t able to use the fireplace in our room despite this being an exciting selling point for us. Lastly, the coffee at the restaurant was always served lukewarm. When we asked them to heat it up or bring us extra hot milk to add to it, they brought lukewarm milk or brought entirely new coffees that weren’t any warmer than the first.

Booking.com was a breeze, and I was able to secure a discounted airport-to-hotel transfer 2 days before our arrival, the hotel reached out to us via email/ whatsapp asking if we had any special requests (bedding or room setup). This attention to detail was impressive, and they truly catered to every need. The hotel is located in the first strip of cave hotels in Ürgüp, directly opposite Utopia Hotel. (walking distance to the town) We were warmly welcomed by Gigi and the manager, who gave us a tour of the hotel. The design of the hotel is stunning & instagrammable (great lighting and beautiful plantscapes) The view of the town from the 2nd floor is mesmerizing. The ambience of our cave room was serene & relaxing. The beds were comfortable and we’re offered different pillow options. We received complimentary bottled water, cookies & strawberries-thoughtful touch. The bathroom was spacious with a tiled bathtub. The water was heated, & the room also had a bidet spray :) There were eco-friendly tissue supplies, a hairdryer, a large mirror (which was perfect for my makeup routine) towels, slippers, and bathrobes were provided--even had slippers in my son’s size. Plus points: -very secure, w/ surveillance cameras and guards conducting checks. -cozy room bar filled with local products-- tea, sweets, and other Turkish goodies. -lights in the room are adjustable, and the TV channels were decent, though it would have been nice to have some English-language cable channels. -hotel has a playroom that my son absolutely loved. (board games, a playstation, and a lounge area with toilet) -common area with fireplace and ambient music -star-gazing zone, located right above the hotel. -Bilingual & friendly Staff: Gigi and Aziz at the reception was very helpful in sharing the list of activities and helping us plan our days; Shaima and Horzan at the restaurant were very accommodating explained the menu. -Delicious breakfast (thanks chef)

The setting is beautiful, unlike any other hotel I have stayed at so far. The room is very tastefuly arranged, the interior and courtyard have such character! Buffet breakfast delicious too. Staff very kindly made adjustments as I requested earlier breakfast at 6.15 am on time for the ultra trail run I did that day; and when I returned the man at reception offered me some refreshments while I was waiting for the taxi late at night. Nothing! Very enjoyable stay, next time I will make sure to book for longer than 1 night!

Very comfort cave hotel with a nice fresh swimming pool. The rooms at lower level have limited mountain view. The breakfast has to improve.
