Gumruk Otel Urla

Location and charm of this hotel was lovely. The bathrooms seemed like an after thought: very small and not maintained (only one of three lights worked). The room was nice, but decorative molding had broken off and was not replaced. It looked unkept. The walls were also very thin, and we heard our neighbors celebrate each other one night... All of this for nearly €300 and night is way overpriced in my opinion. For that cost, lights should work, and walls should have broken decor.

Despite the overall pleasant experience, the drain seemed to have been inadequately prepared, resulting in a slight unpleasant odor when the bathroom door was left open.

Location, staff, history and bar Stayed until two rooms. The nicer one facing the marina’s toilet didn’t work properly. I let staff know and I am sure it will be fixed.

Location! Was a little expensive for where it was. Coffee was extra at breakfast.

A nicely renovated old building. The room was clean. The view from the window is the sunshades of the inner garden. So, consider it no-view. The stair steps are irregular and too steep making it hard to carry the luggage upstairs. The room is really small. This hotel is excessively expensive. I went there becasue my girlfriend is a victim of the fashion bloggers, who apparently talked about this place in their social media. So, I was a victim of her being victim too. This amount of money is totally not worth for this small room.
