Breakfast was very delicious. The hotel is almost in the center. The room was clean and comfortable.

The stone house is beautiful and the pool area is nice - though the pool is very small. Breakfast was good. The location is great to walk to Santa street on foot for restaurants and shopping. The pool was very dirty couple of days in a row as some guests were entering the pool with their clothes. The managers did not warn those customers and the pool was unusable for a whole day. The rooms are very small.

The breakfast (which is included in the price) is delicious and fresh and huge. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, only a minute away from the main market area. The poolside is lovely. The room and balcony are cozy. The room was cleaned as often as we wanted. Thanks so much for everything!! Nothing negative to add. Don't feel bad if you can't eat all of the breakfast!

Sweet staff, gorgeous pool, delicious breakfast, perfect location. Everything I hope to find when booking a stay in a new place!

The staff is exceptional. Property is clean, very pretty, and well located. Breakfast was yummy. Beds were very comfortable and AC is frigid! The pool is a big plus. The pretty bathrooms are a bit musty smelling. I kept my door closed to preserve AC from escaping through bathroom window. Perhaps more air circulation in bathroom would have helped.

This is a beautiful, small boutique hotel walking distance to Urla town center and very accessible. The staff were wonderful, accommodated our very late check-in. This is a difficult review for me to post. I did not sleep for three of the four nights that we stayed here. as this is a small boutique hotel, it’s pretty much a big house. You can hear everything throughout the building. Especially at night, when anybody took a bath or flush their toilet, the water rushing through the pipes was very disrupting. We had somebody in the room above us who decided to walk around with high heels every night, which meant that I could hear tapping above my head right when we’re trying to rest after long days out. The rooms were furnished with IKEA furniture, and wrought iron beds from IKEA. When you turned at night the entire bed Creeked. It was so bad that we slept on the floor for two nights. There was no point saying anything to the Hotel staff – as you can’t really do anything about the fact that it’s a IKEA wrought iron bed. we had chosen this hotel to stay close to family for four days so we’re barely there during the day and only needed a place to sleep – which I didn’t get much of. Additionally, the hotel pool is barely a pool and you can’t really swim in it – it’s more of a place to hang out next to. Just my luck we were visiting in late September when there is no sunshine over the pool all day as we surrounded by other small houses. So overall, it was a very difficult four nights of sleep for me and for that reason if you’re a semi light sleeper like myself, I would not recommend this place at all. is it is a sustainable hotel, which meant we didn’t get room service unless we asked for it – which over the course of four days means that our room was very disheveled. This is a pretty hotel – which I don’t care for if I can’t actually sleep . You may wonder why we didn’t just change the hotel…. Well it was non refundable, and we’d been traveling for days and didn’t have the capacity to find and then switch hotels.

Very friendly staff. They responded to our messages quickly and gave us good recommendations for the area. We had to do our laundry here and the staff was very helpful with this. The place itself is lovely and walking distance from the pedestrian street with all the cafes and restaurants. Suggestion to add some fruit to the breakfast (that was delicious anyway).
