Very clean and comfortable with excellent beer and barbecue garden (in summer). Did not accept international credit and debit cards for payment (contrary to description).

The absolute worst customer service in any hotel I have ever been in. After five hours they could not book me in. They did not even know who booking dot com were, did not offer me a seat and could not understand that a disabled guest could not be left standing for over an hour. They could not even arrange check in! The older Chinese man and small young Chinese looking girl were an embarrassment to your company. The address you have listed is wrong and I was first at your new city property — very good service and they contacted the other property while I waited 30 minutes. At 1:30 am I told the ride little girl I would go next door to another hotel. The third staff member, friendly, courteous and professional hospitality provider took me next door and got my wifi set up — she was completely ignored by the RIDICULOUS AND EMBARRASSINGLY INCOMPETENT child at the desk — other guests were shouting at because of the stupid rude things she kept saying to me.
