The staff were so kind to give us the same room as before. I wish the breakfast menu changes from time to time. It was the same menu as before. But food quality is good.

The TV is small and very compared to other hotels. The room is dirty. The walls are dirty, and under the bed looks like it has never been vacuumed.

This hotel is terrible, it stinks of cigarette smoke, the moment you step out of the lift the smell hits you. Rooms stink; the smell makes you sick. The curtains, carpet, everything is disgusting. Do not stay here. Staff aren't helpful.

There are a little bit of stain on the wall of the room, probably the room need a little bit of refurbishment. Also, if you are an international travellers, not used to Japanese kind of memory pillow, maybe you will found it a bit hard to sleep with the hard memory pillow the provided.

Good location. Rooms are very decent size for Japan and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of konbini near by and lots of good food and beverage choices within walking distance. Hotel feels a little dated. TV quite old and a little small by today’s standards, also only limited channels and all in Japanese. Ability to stream from your phone would cater to non Japanese guests. I mistakenly booked a smoking room and was unable to change to non-smoking, I found the smoking floor particularly unpleasant but did get used to it after a day or so. Booking the smoking room was my mistake and no bad reflection on the hotel itself.

Parking is hard if not under the hotel, due to multiple personnel using the backup option. The hotel parking has a car height limit.

Close to the Train station. Price was less than other hotels but the value was way less! Room NOT clean! No water available told to drink sink water and get their free ice. Small room. No ramp to get into hotel.

Very old hotel, would not recommend it during the hotter months because the air con was probably not working properly. Location was great, though and the staff and service were very good. Price was okay.

The rooms were larger than average for Japan. Big bathroom and nice lounge/desk area. Hotel had an excellent laundry with washing machine and dryer. Was value for money and well appointed for the practical traveller. Gyoza restaurant also located around the corner. Nothing to write.
