No AC and even no fridge in the room.

The breakfast was great, with a big variety of choices. The restaurant is cosy and the food exceptional (compliments to the Chef) The SPA zone is free of charge, offering various options The furniture in the room was old (and old-fashioned), comparing with the other facilities

We were disappointed in the set up of the quadruple room, and would suggest clarifying which room you have actually booked and what the lay out is. There are different family rooms and they are listed at the same price. If you have small children this is probably not much of an issue but we booked for 3 adults and a teenager, so it was lucky our daughter changed plans and we were only three in the room as 4 would have been very tight (they would have removed a table and added another single bed at the foot of our bed), as some of the rooms seem more generously proportioned in the pictures.

It was situated in a small charming town in the middle of the mountains with a rushing river nearby, there was a small bakery across the street that was simply wonderful and two very very convenient supermarkets at a walking distance, the breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend, especially if the weather was good, I was sad to leave. The price was a little high.

The entire place is cozy and nice. We liked the spacious balcony! During summer time, a lot of bugs come inside the room especially flies. No air fans were provided to ventilate inside the rooms during hot season

Great breakfast, comfortable room, superb view by the window, great balcony. Location was excellent, also the hosts have been great. the billiard and games room could be better maintained and more attractive

Great breakfast. Very kind and always smiling personal. Almost empty pool all the time and good wellness. Skiareas in shooting distance (areitxpress about 20 minutes by train and maiskogelbahn approx same distance)

All the staff are really friendly. You feel like you're among friends from the moment you arrive. We dined there every evening as there was something for everyone and it was delicious. The spa offers several types of saunas and hammam, a real treat! In short, an excellent stay that will live long in our memories.

Exceptional

The welcoming was just amazing! We were greeted like family members. The man at the reception even asked did we eat already (because it was late evening) and hold a kitchen for us! The hotel is in the heart of town, great place, near market, good parking. Hotel has a pool, sauna, gym, restaurant- everything you need for a great stay to rest and relax. The stuff is amazing, there are very few places like this. Applauses for that! Recommending 100000%. Hope we will stay once again someday. Good luck!

Living the Alps

Friendly stuff, really nice big apartment, the location of hotel, wellness in hotel. Good dinner in their restaurant. I would improve breakfasts a bit and the kids room should be cleaned more often. But all together these are just small improvements, we were satisfied.
