Stayed for a family vacation and the hotel was a great location for the attractions that we went to see. The breakfast was good, my kids enjoyed the pool with the slide, the staff was helpful, and the room was clean! The beds weren't very comfortable.
-
Breakfast good and beds very comfortable One of reason picked it was saw had water slide for Grandkids and was only available at certain times then only ran for 1/2 hour then shut down for 10 15 mn then on again. But Grandkids still had fun

Super clean inside and out! Halls. Parking lot. Rooms. Pool area. Breakfast area. All super clean! The only thing I didn’t care for was the elevator. It was a little jerky

Have stayed here several times.

Our room was clean. The staff were accommodating with most requests. Breakfast was good. The hot tub was enjoyed as well as the pool and waterslide.

Clean room friendly staff

The beds are super hard and seem like your sleeping on a concrete slab. Breakfast was great. Entirely too much chlorine in the pool; it was burning my eyes even when I was just sitting and watching the kiddos.

We stayed 3 nights. The first night was the air conditioner was making noise. We went out the second day, came back our room was warm. It didn't work. The front desk clerk came in said we could move to a different room. We had to pack up all our things and move. Got to the other room and that air conditioner didn't work. Had to pack up again and move to another room. Not a pleasant trip.

I like that the hotel is tucked away from busy areas.

We came out for a family event. Staff was very kind and the room was very clean and nice. The pool was nice my daughter loved it. The hot tub was great for us adults. Would stay again.

The hotel appears very nice and our first night was just fine even though our kids didn’t use the pool or slide that night. The second night was a zoo. The hotel claims you need wrist bands to be in the pool area and only so many to a room. A basketball team had a few members staying at the hotel which turned into their entire team and extended family being in the pool they were not paying for. My neck and back are fused from injuries in the service and I park in handicap because of it. I do have good days where I’ll walk so those that need it more than me can use it but out of all the handicap stalls filled with vehicles one had a tag. It was easy to see those associated with the other vehicles who did not have handicap tags were associated with the team as they went back and forth getting alcohol and or breaks to smoke weed. My boys tried to use the hot tub and were assaulted by a member of the group so they chose to leave. Comments to the staff fell on deaf ears as no action was taken. Very disappointed and would not recommend ever staying here. There party carried on in the parking lot until about 2am making sleeping very difficult. All for people having a good time but be respectful! And start by renting a room and maybe controlling your animal children.

Great pool area, very friendly staff
-
Staff were kind of rude when approached at the front desk with questions. The person in charge of operating the waterslide was on her phone the entire time and frequently left the pool area
-

Great location for us and comfortable beds. The staff was helpful for our needs.
