Great location. Although we didn’t have any issues, it seems as though if you did, they would be hard to solve with no one on-sight to help out. We did see others struggle.

Location was fantastic, felt very cold and unwelcoming due to lack of staff. Low optioned breakfast and cold manner staff there as well. Lack of character, very cold environment. But, clean and organized. Thank you

Room was simply furnished, very comfortable and clean. We opted for the terrace and it has a beautiful view of the castle. I have stayed at other self-checkin hotels and this was a very easy, efficient checkin process. Pleasantly surprised. Great value.

Breakfast option was expensive, so declined the option

Nice location in town that made it easy to get around. Bus stop is very near by too. Breakfast was very nice and worth the extra money.

Parking right next to the Hotel,easy self check-in

Cold and impersonal. No staff on site. Room is spartan and lacks amenities - an electric kettle would be nice! The room was also quite warm and stuffy - there is no air-conditioning in the hotel and no ventilation in the room. I did contact the hotel by message and asked for a fan but they told me they do not provide such things. I can't imagine what it will be like in the summer months when it is 30+ outside. The location on the main pedestrian street is convenient but noisy at night - especially during world cup games when they set up a huge video screen just next to the hotel and hundreds of people come to watch and cheer. You cannot sleep with the windows open. I needed to have the boarding pass for my flight printed. Any hotel will do this for their guests. But since this hotel has no staff I could not print it and this caused me a huge inconvenience at Zurich Airport. I would not have booked this hotel had the listing clearly stated it was "self check in" and there is no staff. :(

It makes a holiday so much more enjoyable if there are individuals to interact with and sort out problems No kettle or fridge in room

This time there was somewhere in the building construction going on, so there was hammering going on for hours even past 7pm

The check-in system didn’t work so well

The location is good and the hotel itself is comfortable. For me, the self-check-in process was smooth, although the instructions could be clearer. The temperature in the room was too hot. As the room is close to the street, it was also quite noisy because of road works. They could have talked with the city if they could start the road works at 9:00 am or 10:00 so that customers can sleep well. For a four-star hotel, it would have been better to include amenities such as a fridge and a water boiler. Customer service could also be improved, especially when handling important disputes.

Perfect location, modern design of in-house facilities, easy to check in

The property was centrally located, making visiting the main sites of Vaduz easy. Having multiple rooms booked, I was unable to use the self-check-in. I also only received the welcome cards for three (out of eight) of our party. Thankfully, I was able to get checked in with the help of some of the staff. I think the lady who helped me was a cleaning lady, but I wouldn’t have been able to check in without her. If you don’t want to pay 25 CHF, book your breakfast ahead of time. Otherwise, there is a cafe in the main square that has food for less than that. In any case, it seemed like the quality of the food offered wasn’t anything special. Certainly not worth the price being charged.

Perfect! I’d stay there again

Location near bus station, in the centre of the city. Huge room in Junior Suite. Clean and modern design. It is a self check in hotel, so there was nobody at reception, you have to do all registration process by your self. It is quite complicated to input all your data, including your roommate's data. This thing actually can be done before, thru contact in advance. There are no kettle at room. And worst thing, at 5.30AM lots noisy sounds, workers fix the road just right down under our room. We felt terrible and decided to check out earlier.

This is a fabulous hotel. We wished we had stayed longer. The staff in the morning were so lovely and kind. The bathroom floor was heated. That is a winner in my book. They have lockers to store luggage if you are staying for awhile after check out. It is a great location and easy to get to from the train on bus 13 or 13E. I highly recommend it.

It was centrally located in the Vaduz commercial area. The room was large enough with TV channels, including CNN. It had no phone or fridge. Lack of phone is scandalous, requiring calling the hotel main number, which is a foreign number. If you have no cell phone or your plan does not cover making international calls you're out of luck. Plus there's no staff at the hotel, save the cleaning crew. This is important because you are told you must display a Clean Room card before 10 am to clean room. As I was not entitled to breakfast, I thought I'd sleep more. Messages to staff (only way to reach them) revealed no support. However. when I left the room at noon, I saw the cleaning crew and implored them to service my room, and they did. Finally, they require you to self check in, a somewhat complicated series of questions. Fortunately, a German guy helped me. I saw others struggling during my stay, with no phone to call staff for help. I should add when I arrived by bus was told the hotel was viewable. It wasn't, so I called the hotel's Liechtenstein number (I had a phone plan to do that) a clueless woman answered, was not at the hotel and could not direct me. She wanted me to use Google maps. Fortunately, a local pointed to where I would find the hotel. Lastly, when I left my room to walk around at 10 pm Vaduz, the capital of Liechtenstein, was dead. Nothing to do. Hardly anyone walking about. Liechtenstein was a great disappointment. Architecture ordinary, with only the prince's palace resembling Europe of old.

Amazing Nil

Breakfast was delicious and the reception that we got was wonderful. They showed us the entire place and gave us tips and recommendations on where to eat. I would definitely go back there again.
