Charlie the shuttle driver was awesome so helpful with area. Front desk staff were courteous, helpful and polite. Would stay again.

My only complaint was the cost of a pet. $100 is steep. I would understand a deposit if your animal made a mess of some sort, but to just sleep for 1 night is just ridiculous.

I really like this place. I've been there four times. HOWEVER, they do not maintain their pool. If pools are important to you, do not stay here. I just completed a trip there and the pool had hundreds of dead black bugs (looked similar to flies but not sure what they were). It was disgusting. It seems no one maintains the pool. They can skim it manually or monitor the skimmer in the pool. It really is too bad because everything else about this hotel is great. I took advantage of the free shuttle into town. The free cookie at checkin is always fun. The restaurant off the lobby is great. They have a nice weight room but I didn't use it.

We had a great time. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean. The location was perfect.

It was great place to stay

I had a great night's sleep. We had a good meal at the restaurant too.
-
Great location with a shuttle to town. Friendly staff.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was very clean, housekeeping was efficient and thorough. The property is beautiful and has everything you need!
-
The shuttle drivers were excellent. I staff that didn’t care, dirty pool and no hand soap anywhere.
-
It’s great location and ease of check in and closeness to amenities. I loved the ease of transport to and from the hotel via shuttle. Amenities within the rooms were great. The cost of the Landry facilities plus cleaning products needed to use with the facilities were slightly pricy and could be included in a stay.
-
Good staff. Rooms were large but outdated
-
It is also good to note that when booking through Expedia, the resort fee is not included. It was a bit of a surprise with the bill, but I don’t know that that was the property’s fault.
-
Nice hotel however did not receive the warm cookies upon arrival. Room was acceptable but bathroom vanity falling apart and no surface to place anything.
-
Great location - it’s just a couple of miles from Lionshead Village parking lot. Also, there are two restaurants right next to this hotel. Beautiful mountain view from the lobby and very helpful staff. We will definitely stay there again next time when we visit Vail/Aspen.

Exceptional

Our favorite hotel anytime we are un Vail. Staff is always sweet and helpful, clean room and very comfy bed.
-
The hotel charged a large additional “resort fee” at check out while inaccurately claiming that it was displayed on Hotels.com at booking. The hotel’s “resort” features were simply a pool and hot tub.
-
We were only here for one night while we were driving to California, but I wish we could have stayed here for a week. A terrific room in a very hospitable hotel with a great restaurant and lots of nice amenities—and a gorgeous view from our room. If you're lucky enough to go to Vail, this is an excellent choice for a place to stay.
-
The hotel was great with the swimming pool and hot tub one of the best features. The room was nice but the bed was a little hard. The only thing I would say is you may want to stay away from the mexican restaurant next to the building, as it was way overpriced and not very good food or service.
