The property was gorgeous. Front desk was friendly but needs to spend a little more time explaining the amenities offered like what floor the pool is on and restaurants that are available. They spent more time wondering about my little Maltipoo, if I reported that I needed a dog friendly room in advance. So if you plan on bringing a pooch be sure to let them know in advance. Other than that it is definitely a princess environment with a classy old world feel. I’m glad my husband picked it out.

I liked it, but several things were missing. For example, the sinks in the room were clogged, the elevator wasn't working, the breakfast was very bad, the room was clean and nice, but the doors were difficult to close.

Centrally situated in the heart of Lionshead Village, we found this hotel to be exceptionally well appointed and comfortable with helpful staff at every turn. Gorgeous mountain views as well!

We came in the off-season, but that just meant quieter. The staff was beyond amazing, room was by far the best we had ever had in any facility. 1 million percent recommend

Beautiful resort, in the best location in central Vail Village! The staff were awesome. We added a night to our stay and they worked to keep us in the same room, despite being near full occupancy. Will definitely return!
