Though the rooms are reserved, no rooms are available to stay. The staff is little rude on dint even respond properly. By trusting these hotel I didn’t book other it went difficult to find alternate stay. Bad management

The breakfast promised was continental but I received South Indian cuisine. Delivered to the room. None of the staff speak in English although they tried to communicate in sign language when desperate. This hotel is over 1,7 kms away from the landmark (Chandra metro Mall). It was not Opposite/nearby as mentioned. The location and facilities are more suitable for locals who can communicate in Tamil. Suggest Taxi connectivity from airport to hotel and vice versa. I was not issued a receipt for my payment of Rs. 6100.00 INR. The towel and linen was not pure white. Looks discolored. The towel was delivered the following day. On a few occasions there was a breakdown of power. Water was not available for drinking. Provided infrequently. Either late delivery or no delivery. The receptionist tried his best to be helpful but failed due to lack of English. He assisted me in booking a taxi for my return to the airport.
