Fabrizio, the host, was really helpful with tips for the area. The property is in quiet spot and has a lovely terrace with view of the coast line between Erice and Monte Cofano. The location is not at walking distance to amenities so you will need to use car to reach the coast or Valderice for lunch/dinner. Mosquito nets were not available on our room windows.

Comfy bed, amazing view and lovely host - solid recommend

The host, Fabrizio, is very nice and welcomed us upon arrival at the facility. He is very nice and provided lots of suggestions for our stay in Valderice; he also made himself available through WhatsApp. Our room, and especially the spacious shared terrace, had a great view of the coast! The bathroom was a bit small, which though for us wasn't really a problem given our short stay. It would be nice if the host could provide water or a few items for breakfast. Last, you really need a car to reach Casale Belvedere and to reach the amenities around it.

Fabrizio was very helpful and proactive. The place is well priced and at a good location. Great view from the balcony. The room was a bit smaller than we expected. Wifi wasn't great, slow speeds and unstable connection.

Great communication with Fabrizio before and while our visit with tips for the surrounding, perfect check-in and hospitality with wonderful Rossana, specious room with beautiful view, great location for all the attractions nearby, espresso in the morning, support when we needed it, parking spot available.

Good location for visiting the nearby towns- Erice and Trapani. A 10-15 min ride to the beach. The room was large and beautiful, with a nice view towards an olive-trees orchard. The neighborhood is not very cozy and clean. There is a large, beautiful terrace on the roof which would be nice for a breakfast spot.

We want to thank the staff for their hospitality, especially Rossana as not only did they treat us with utmost respect, they let us use the premises as if it was our own. We travelled with our own personal vehicle and spent a total of two nights to visit some friends. The B&B, neighbouring a quiet olive oil factory has a ramp where one can park their vehicle. The room we stayed it was clean and AC was present. Towels were replaced daily and the bed was made when we went away to visit Erice. The mattresses were nothing to write home about, but served their purpose for two nights. The showers had hot water enough to cook pasta with and it felt clean. Soap and shampoo are provided and a nifty hairdryer was also present. One evening, we asked the host if it was possible to bring the friends over and have dinner on the rooftop (lovely views!), to which the owner, Fabrizio happily accepted without any hesitation. We brought some pizza over from a nearby pizzeria and a bottle of wine from a shop in Trapani. Upon seeing this, Fabrizio brought us clean plates, cutlery and a wine bucket with ice. Reading some of the reviews regarding this B&B made me wonder if some of these individuals went to the same B&B my family and I went to. In our experience the B&B was nothing short of fantastic. We will definitely be staying at this B&B again. everything it was fantastic felt like home

Nice villa located relatively close to (by car) Erice and around. Clean rooms and friendly hosts. Excellent espresso! Everything was OK.

The terrace offers a georgous scenery ! There were no soaps provided in the bathroom. And I found it a pity that there wasn't any possibility to have a breakfast on that beautiful terrace.
