The view

Room view and comfort beds Breakfast was a little bit basic.

Very nice river view and quiet other than sounds from wildlife. Room is big. Location is a bit far from city center, and nothing within walking distance nearby. Internet doesn’t work most of the time, except near the lobby. Not that accessible for handicap. Long walk for from room to lobby, long walk and no elevator to the breakfast room. We stayed a total of 5 nights due to my wife’ accident and surgery there.

BIG AND COMFORTABLE ROOM WITH A VIEW TO VALDIVIA CITY CENTER The Hotel is comfortably located across the river, with very good access to Valdivia city center, Isla Teja and other surroundings. In and out of everything avoiding rush hour traffic. Hotel infrastructure is vast, although screams for updating its decor. Room and bathroom were large, comfortable with good view. We required assistance to regulate temperature as A/C - Heating command was not straight forward. Breakfast was fine, although we expected more variety, specially of fruit. Dined in one night at the hotel restaurant and the food was homy, just what we were looking for. Outdated decor of common areas, which for us was marginal as we spent most of the time sightseeing. Parking is in a gravel lot in the hotel premises, but outside / uncovered, which is something to improve in a city that rains about 330+ days per year. Also, some of the BIG trucks (camionetas de gran tamaño) tend to use more space, and appears that one slightly dented one of my doors (not reported since I have no proof). Bfast was fine, can be improved.

Beautiful view of the river and the city. Nothing I didn’t like.

Even though when one first arrive is surprise for the apparent bad location of the place, the back of the premises looks to a beautiful scenery of the river. The place is huge and it is primarily a place for conventions and big groups The service is substandard. My wife and I are nearly 80 years old and we had to request help to Carr our luggage on a very big place. Our room was at least a 5 minute interior walk, quite far from the reception and the dining and breakfast area.

Tranquila y hermosa vista

Beautiful view and place, breakfast and everything good in general.

This is a large hotel set up for conferences and business meetings. The rooms are clean and modern. Ours overlooked the river and had a window we could open for fresh air, lovely. This place really needs a water taxi service. it is across the river from city center which is where you want to go for dinner. because is quite large, breakfast can get a little congested.

good location. comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast with few tables and chairs, you have to wait and there is little variety.

The view, the central location, breakfast, Lack in customer service, uncaring staff ( the morning reception staff), fungus in shower. Spots in the carpet of the room.

Restaurant staff offer excellent service

Comfortable bed and large room. Staff very helpful. Great views across the river. Needs a refurb. Furniture is dated. Bathrooms have seen better days. Entire breakfast service needs a rethink. Eating off paper plates and drinking out of paper cups is not great. Poor selection of food. Scrambled egg runny to the point of being undercooked.
