The hotel had a clean lobby. The staff was near shift change when I arrived with my child. Was a smooth check in but no personality. The halls need to be cleaned and smelled. The rooms are dated but clean except the carpet. The pool was closed for this trip. The view from my window you could see it was very dirty. There were a lot of young teens (15+ youths) running the halls and being loud. In my honest opinion, I would check other locations around the area.

Very convenient hotel. A lot of noise from the next door highway but appears to have impact windows to attempt to block it. Breakfast was good and price was good

Very nice suite for 6 people. Excellent breakfast each morning as well. Maddie, who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The lady maintaining the breakfast area was also very nice ! Not only was she making sure the food was stocked but checking with those eating if we needed anything and doing ok. We were there for only 1 night so didn’t check on the amenities but based on our stay, I’m sure they are excellent. Definitely would stay there again.

I booked a room through Expedia for 2 beds and a sleeper sofa. I got a room without a sleeper sofa. I spoke to the front desk and they basically told me that I was stuck with what I got. So one person had nowhere to sleep. Not happy with this stay.

There was a roach that entered the room and was crawling up the wall.

The room was very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was filling with sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. The staff members were very attentive. Very comfortable stay while my mom was in the hospital.
