Unfortunately, it was rundown and I didn’t feel safe. It was on the wrong side of the track so to speak the other side of 75 they had nicer places to stay twice as much but well worth it. I’m sure the breakfast was awful machines were broke I don’t know I would not recommend it for any single traveler, thank God my fiancé was with me.

The price The staff wasn’t friendly, there was damage from a leak in our ceiling on the first floor that was molded, the room had somewhat of an odd smell, maybe mildew or something. It wasn’t the most comfortable or safe feeling area, kind of ghetto feeling honestly.

There was a lot of noisy people waking, talking and smoking by the hallways during the whole night. So we pay for lay down but not sleep at all. Room smelled very bad and lights enter the room no matter you try to cover it. Breakfast helps you to continue your trip: coffee, juice, yogurt and muffins. if you’re a not smoker or you’re traveling with kids this is not the place for you.

Okay, so the room itself. While claiming non smoking, as soon as I opened the door the overwhelming cigarette smell knocked me over. Second, the chairs in the room were covered in cigarette burns. Heaven help me but I progress anyway; the elevator is on one end of the building, not well marked and front desk person didn't even know where it was! When I tried to pick up the phone, no connection even though I checked to see if it was plugged into telephone line, so I couldn't even get a hold of staff. A rather large pile of rusted junk was right outside. Just very deceptive.

The value is good. I stay here generally when I go to Valdosta because it's within my budget. The last couple of times have not been as good. I don't know if they are remodeling but I was woken up with hammering and drilling about 6:30/7 am. I also had a couple of bugs in my room this time, this hasn't happened previously, but if they are remodeling that might be the reason. The microwave door about fell off when I opened it. The staff is generally okay in the evening, not overly nice, but okay... In the morning very pleasant.

I gotta say, this was absolutely a god awful experience. I already was stressed out and trying to make last minute accommodations. I looked through some reviews and booked 4 my nights here. Upon checking in, the room just seemed off, I couldn't place it until I looked up.... Mold all over the ceiling. At first, I thought it was smoke damage that they had tried to clean. There were swipe marks like it had been wiped, but the walls showed even more and it became clear there was just mold everywhere. I was already beyond stressed and overwhelmed, I tried to lie down and the sheets on the bed felt damp... this made it even worse and I just lost it. I called Expedia, since I booked through them. Had to sit on the phone awhile, but eventually was able to get the remaining days of my stay refunded and I Left after 1 night. Do not stop at this place, it's real nightmare fuel.

It was located close to the interstate. We were not told there was an elevator, so we carried our bags up a flight of stairs and then discovered down a hallway adjacent to our room was the elevator. The first room we were assigned would not take our key, so we got moved to a new room after 2 attempts. The tv was on in the room and there was a cockroach in the floor. If it hadn’t already been midnight and we were tired from driving, I would have looked elsewhere to stay. The water in the tub was brown when I first turned it on. The continental breakfast wasn’t much: choice of blueberry or apple muffins that were not fresh, off brand prepackaged cereal, yogurt cups, coffee, milk, and orange juice. The juice machine was not working.

The front desk clerk was rude and charged me a second time for the room. He also answered the phone and starting cussing afterwards and was all around a very unpleasant experience.
