In a room that size, it had a double bed not a king.

Great location, close to western beaches & all staff were very friendly & helpful. Bit of a squeeze space wise getting in to the toilet!

Lovely location, plenty of parking, lovely bar and restaurant with amazing food, especially the breakfast. I like the guest laundry too, very useful for long stays. Best of all are the staff - so very friendly and helpful. In the bedroom - the tiny TV with rubbish signal and the toilet being separate from the bathroom. Also, the lighting is too dim and moody.

Worth every penny!

Location right on the north coast beaches. Great parking. Restaurant and bar area serving good food all on the property Ventilation in the upper rooms was a challenge on warm days. No A/C. A fan would have been helpful to move the air. Opening of windows limited for safety concerns

The breakfast was excellent. A good variety of dishes to choose from. The staff were superb, very friendly and helpful. I would have liked more teabags in my room. I was only given 2. Also the breakfast staff were a bit lax. They told me there was no yogurt left so I ate something else. Then a few minutes later some appeared. I was a bit disappointed as I really wanted some. This dod not distract from my stay and I would never mark down for something so trivial but a bit more care would have gone a long way.

Staff were always friendly and welcoming with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble, One of the guests was Vegan so the kitchen were happy to adjust the menu for her. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with a variety of choice and topped up .

Room was comfortable, location close to lovely coastal walks Just little things, a few examples: at breakfast you could only have greasy food, sugary food, or tasteless bread (the pale baguettes that are normally put in the oven for self baking were inexplicable; toasting them is not enough). Also food waste: lots of awful looking bacon that nobody wanted was eventually replaced by nice bacon just before the end of breakfast, which was then all wheeled away after 10am, uneaten. Our toilet also stopped flushing early in the morning on the last day (some other rooms were also affected). When I reported it at check out (we'd been using reception toilets), I was told 'not a problem'. Glad it wasn't a problem for you.
