Location is great just a few meters from the beach and restaurants Terrace on rooftop was closed for reparations ?

An area for improvement would be the addition of slippers in the room.

Good location near the beach. Friendly accommodating staff. Good value for money Toilet had some smell with some rust visible on the shower door. Not enough hooks for hanging the towels Pillows were not comfortable

Location right on the beach and my balcony looked out toward the sea; staff was excellent. Priced a little high for the accommodations but probably because of the excellent location just steps from the beach.

The location was great as we had a sea view and it was very handy to the beach. The room was a bit on the small side and it would have been nice to have had 2 chairs in the room. Our only complaint, which was out of the Hotels control, was the noisy music at night from the Beach Club down the road.

There was a festival, and the noise didn't help the sleep, but not unbearable.

Great location, friendly staff, great view from my window, excellent breakfast It was a little dated, and the mattress was a bit too firm for me.

We never had the breakfast The location of the hotel is a great location. However, our air conditioner was emitting, sewage smell. We shut down the air conditioner and opened the windows, however, the smell never went away, and the humidity got to be bad. The staff was excellent, and tried to accommodate us the best that they could. We were not able to sleep all three nights we were there due to loud music being played excessively. Let me stress again that the staff was amazing and did the best they could. It is not their fault that the music was being played loudly.

When air conditioning was off, the room smelled bad. But after 5 minutes of air conditioning it was ok.

Only steps away from the beach snd great restaurants.

It felt a bit overpriced for what it was but overall I would definitely recommend it if you want to stay in the area.

Convenient location, cute and clean. Nice big bathroom and the little balcony was nice to dry our stuff after the beach.

Great location. Right on the beach, free parking. We took the suite, it had great views of the beach and big terrace. Somewhat expensive

Fabulous location right on the beach, welcoming staff, excellent housekeeping staff. I knew I had booked a room with seaview, but did not realize it would have a lovely terrace with a table and chairs to sit out in the sun and look at the water. So pleased.

Staff friendly and helpful, small room but clean, complimentary water and coffee/tea daily in room. Needed to use phone for QR code to access menu, it wasn’t accessible on my phone and there was no menu when I asked for one so I never ate at the hotel restaurant . I mentioned this at reception and was told all the hotels in the area were using this system. Booking.com advertised rooftop bar with solarium as did the hotel, this area was closed, the lift didn’t even go to the top floor. When I enquired about it I was told it’s closed indefinitely ?

It was so clean and updated. My room was immaculate. No tissues in the room for nose blowing, but I didn't ask, so maybe they would have had some. It was very noisy from nearby club music until about 3am, but that's not the hotel's fault.

The location is perfect for anyone arriving by cruise ship as it is only minutes from the port, beachfront, and surrounded by restaurants and cafés. Noelia, at the front desk provided 5-star service with a smile. She helped us out tremendously and without hesitation. I would come back just for her! The bed could have been softer, but honestly, everything was pretty great.

Location excellent, breakfast excellent, overall very good Only slight thing was music at night in the area which hotel can’t control. This wasn’t too bad but may delay you getting to sleep.
