The facilities were pretty good. Always nice to have a gym and pool I could not sleep two of my five nights. The noise in my room was unbearable. Extremely uncomfortable . Please fix the treadmills, some people count on a proper gym and we book because of it. I am sorry but I wont be back

Veeery clean, very nice and helpful staff! The room was quite bigger, I had everything I needed and a lot of space for deposit my things :),

Great for long stays. Everything was like the pictures. The area is okay, not downtown but the bus and tram stops are super close. I’ll be back. Room was very comfortable. No cleaning service but they replace the towels every 3 days.

Facility was as described and very well kept. Relatively well connected to the city with bus and metro stops a short walk from the building and a roughly 10 minute walk to the historic district. There weren't many stores or restaurants near the building and those that were kept odd hours.

location, hall with comfortable sofas where I could wait for my taxi, friendly staff I wanted to stay a few hours more due to my late flight which I indicated a lot in advance, even was ready to pay for it, but they did not let me afterall; weird smell in the room; mould in the shower cabin; there was no soap in the bathroom I had to ask for it separately, the kitchen equipment was limited to some plates, a glass, a mug, fork-knife-spoons and a sharp knife; fridge was very noise, woke up several time during the night due to its noise

Clean, comfortable bed, access to a swimming pool and a gym, nice common areas and good vibe at the hotel The neighborhood itself isn’t super interesting, you’ll have to take the bus to go somewhere else. Noise isolation isn’t great, you hear pretty much everything from your bedroom. Ear plugs did the trick.

I mean for a place to be this dirty and many things don't work Staff unhelpful and rude Never answers to Hola buena good night whatever they don't care I asked for directions they didn't care Never answered the phone. Dirty rooms and a pool for kids not adults 80cm or 1meter deep Rude staff

The situation was very convenient as it’s a close walk to both the Turia park and the city center. And it’s located in a calm neighborhood. The place is clean and quiet and the staff is friendly.

The proximity to the centre, good and helpful staff . The place was not as clean. There was dust everywhere. While it is okay and not such a big deal but I think it could be cleaner

Parking is accessible. I could fit a long sedan with ease. The Wifi is excelent (100+ mbps), with a stable connection. The room has a large desk.

The gym was well equipped. The fusebox was really noisy, and the walls are paper thin, so if you're sensitive to that, sleeping is a challenge. The pool was tiny.

The towels should be changed more often, since it's really hot and you need to shower at least twice a day. There's no kettle nor the hairdryer and the bathroom smells of sewage all the time. Other than that it's good value for the money

There was no cleaning during my stay and therefore I had to use my own toilet paper when the hotel ones ran out. You can hear noise from the other rooms and when people come and go as there are many rooms on one floor.

I asked to replace towels and bed sheets after 2 days, but during the whole stay of 4 days, nithing was changed. Because of Synthetic blanket, got sweaty even if room temp is below 20"c
