Nothing, terrible experience terrible experience

The room was clean and confy. Very good views . Nice location. The réceptionist in the morning a latina i think she was Colombian was very nice and professional The hotel is simply amazing ? ? The only thing the 2 male receptionists were very rude When they were inside their office pretended i was not waiting at the desk for them and left me there for me minutes till i went knocking on the door spoke to me very rude The 2 male receptionists who worked after 2pm same date of my stay

Far from the old center

This is not a 4 star hotel. We were disappointed. Only the location is very good if you want to visit the Science museum and Aquarium. The sheets do not cover the duvets. The duvet is out - all over from the sides when you sleep. We went into the room and find out that Housekeeping put all the clean pillows on the luggages while making the bed. If you care about hygiene- this hotel is not for you.

The parking lot is not free and is horribly narrow. I brought a ben (8 ppl) and got scratched. Two of our family members had to be out of the car and check back and forth when making a turn. I think the hotel should provide signals upfront that this place is just for at most the size of SUVs and will have limited space for the bigger vehicle, and also upfront that it's not free.

The building was fresh and clean. The room was well maintained and very clean. The breakfast was very good. The windows were not sound proofed at all and quite a bit of street noise negatively affected my sleep. Also, the shower didn’t keep a steady temperature. It fluctuated from burning hot to freezing cold which made a shower very precarious.

Not much I was at your hotel a month ago and had the same issues about the quality of your four star hotels "breakfast"! IT WAS JUST AS BAD AS LAST TIME. Scramled eggs floating in liquid, this time fried eggs on a hot plate totally cold? Hot plate off or broken?Chorizo as a sausage substitute? No more eggs, either type, by 10:00. People coming in, having to ask if eggs are available? If you prepare eggs would you let people know that the service is available. We'll no problem I don't understand why you ask anybodies opinion you must know. I have stayed in a number of NH hotels in Spain and in Germany your breakfast sure doesn't match what I have seen at those locations.

The place is surrounded by restaurant and bars and the Science museum and the Aquarium is behind the hotel 8 minutes walk which was very good for us. The Spa and the swimmingpool area

Good value for the money. Close to the Oceanograph. Super bathroom and super breakfast.

Location Our room was located on the 12th floor. The bedroom was somewhat compact for a queen-size bed, with limited circulation space, and the bathroom was on the smaller side. We also noticed that the elevator doors close quite quickly, which may require extra caution for families with young children. The staff were attentive and genuinely eager to assist; however, some of the property’s facilities could benefit from additional maintenance and improvements.

I like that the room is big. The location is more or less ok and near a mall & a tram station. several factors that made my stay a bit disappointing: 1. The hotel staff who facilitated my check-in gave me a key to an occupied room. At first I thought that my companion already checked in, but when I inquired with the front desk why there were luggages in the room he suddenly realized he gave me the wrong room. lucky for us, we were able to transfer all my luggages to my room before the lady came back. 2. Its the marathon weekend and I think its not worth paying that much for the location. the reason why I got that hotel is because of the location which is supposed to be close to the starting line & finish line. but they boarded up the streets and I need to walk around several blocks just to get to the starting and even after the race, I need to go around longer because of the boarded street. So it's not worth it even if the location is relatively close because we cannot go thru the boarded street.

I would like to mention Ms Liz who works at the breakfast location. She was very friendly and helpful for my extra wishes related to my morning coffee :) All was good
