The air conditioning There is a washing machine and a fridge. Close to the city center and there is a small carrefour market just in front The staff is very unpleasant. It seems they hate the place as much as the clients. The elevator does not work and the stair case is as hot as hell. Each floor has 2 ranges of stairs and the kitchen/chill room are on the 5th floor (and the dorms on the 4th). So you have time to have an asthma crisis before you reach the 3rd floor. Of course no one help with the luggage nor explaining anything about the place. I also asked for a bus stop to go to the beach and they sent me súper far while there was one just around the corner…. The beds and lockers are old metal things, and as there are no shelves, no tables no nothing in the room you have to put everything in those lockers that everyone open 10 times a day, days and nights. They are extremely noisy. No one can sleep. The kitchen stove does not really heat, so it takes 20 min to boil water. To sum up, everything is very cheap material and very old. No one cares about this place. Also The showers were from another century and as the stairs, it’s like 50 degrees in the toilets. Better pay 10€ more and have a better service.

Properly is situated in the centre so very good location for see Centre and others things as well Lift was not working my room on 4th floor it’s very hard to up and down

The room had nice looking ceiling and the kitchen was clean. Staff were good. I love the location because close to metro and good bars and a park. To be honest, this hostel set up felt very uncomfortable. Only common area was on the top (5th) floor. The bathrooms were extremely hot and wet. So were all the hallways and staircase. Everything but the ac rooms was extremely stuffy and i know in august maybe not much can be done about that but... I really did not feel comfortable in this hostel. I think curtains on the beds would help a lot with privacy, being in a mix dorm (yes because I booked only a few days before) was really not comfortable when men can see into my bed. Also we had to put our own sheets on the pillow etc, thats fine but just not what i was expecting for the price.

The night girl is not very kind. The rest of the staff was though. They have lots of activities to create a,community. They lock the kitchen at night, without warning anywhere, then I am in a hurry to get a train in the morning, i need to grab the food i left there quickly and I'm met by some bitter staff explaing their rules.. At least if you got to lock, put some signs and don't lock anyones food in there without warning.
