There were few thing on tray we thought they were treats then we learnt that they were minibar.

This is a beautiful and quiet property. It’s very close to everything and feels like a respite in the middle of the busy city. The room is well appointed and the finishes are very nice. The room is small so you just need to be aware of that. The room is just a bit bigger than the bed so be aware. Not an unworkable problem for me but it could be for some.

CLEAN. Walking distance to train station and to city center highlights. Comfy bed. Great shower. Room was small (which we knew when we booked). Breakfast was included, but (as reported in other reviews) is in a sister hotel a good 5-minute walk away. It is an absolutely fabulous breakfast, so it’s worth the walk. Having the walk outside to get the fabulous breakfast. We just prefer to have breakfast in the same building.

The location was convenient for getting around and the woman who checked us in was very helpful in assisting us in getting some documents printed off and recommending some good places to eat. The room was a little small but not a problem since we barely spent any time there.

Nicely decorated and very comfortable hotel in an excellent location, with a warm, professional and attentive staff. The offer of a welcome drink at their sister hotel was a nice touch. The room would have benefited from a working floor lamp. The one that was in the room when we arrived was already broken and they didn’t have a spare to replace it. Consequently one half of the room was very dark at night but otherwise we had a very positive experience. The only addition we would recommend is to have more wall hooks in the bathroom or even in the room to hang things as the closet was small.

The staff were wonderful. The bed was comfortable. A well designed room, though very small! You could hear everything in the hallway from inside the room. Including screaming children from another nearby room

Perfect room for our family (2 adults and 2 children - 4 & 6 years old). Tastefully decorated, spacious, spotlessly clean and amazing amenities. The staff were really friendly and made and put a smiles on our children’s faces. We would definitely stay here again if back in Valencia (which I hope we are!). Everything

The staff was nice, and the Christmas decorations felt like a scene from a Hallmark movie. I went there for my birthday, and without telling them it was my birthday, the staff were so nice to surprise me with a card and a chocolate box. It was so thoughtful of them. Thank you so much!

This hotel had everything we needed from sewing kit to garment steamer to comfy bed. They truly had everything a traveler could need and they really cared about our comfort. I've been to much more expensive "5 star" hotels and they are often missing one or a more of the many touches that this hotel had. Sure they didn't have room service and I don't think they have a pool but every aspect it the stay was 6 out of 5 stars besides that. Room could have been 1 or 2 more square meters.

Our room was very, very small. It was as hard for two people to move around in, and even two carry on bags were too much for the space

The positives: The location is excellent, just outside the central square in the old city. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The negatives: The hotel is an outpost of other Oliveira hotels in Valencia. There is no kitchen on site; the breakfast is at another Oliveira hotel a short walk away. However, the breakfast offered was great. There was no table in my room, so it was not so easy to work, though the WIFI was just fine.

Breakfast was not good. Also, very confusing directions and parking instructions if coming by car to the apartment. Took over an hour of driving around back-and-forth trying to figure it out.

Room was comfortable and staff was obliging. Had to go to another room mate hotel about 15 mins away for breakfast. Elevator did not go to reception area - necessary to climb several steps for access.
