Lovely buffet breakfast, very reasonable for €10. 10 minute walk to train station/ old town. Nice comfortable room with view of garden at the back. Another guest’s dog was left alone out in the garden. Seemed distressed and the noise could have been disturbing for other guests. We were more concerned about the animal’s welfare. Understand that pets are ok but should be a more stringent policy with regards leaving alone/noise.

This was the perfect place to stay during our visit to Valencia. We had a room on the garden level, which was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. We’d definitely recommend it.

Great location and an ideal base for exploring the city. The room was light, airy and clean, with a comfortable bed and an effective air-conditioning unit — definitely needed in July! A small fridge is provided, along with tea and coffee-making facilities. Chilled, filtered water was also available and could be conveniently refilled in the reception/breakfast dining area. Noting of note really - I would only suggest perhaps more cooked / hot breakfast options, but this is being very picky. The buffet on the whole was good, and I enjoyed the scrambled eggs and yogurt.

Great location, close to busses and metro. The room was roomy and the Air con worked a treat. Bed was comfy.

It was a sweet room and location, with aircon and a terrace, which are always a plus for me. We were able to luckily park comfortably and move around the central areas nicely. We only spent a few hours, but they went well. We had a late arrival due to issues traveling, and checking in was easy and quick. They were very informative and helpful before the stay. Breakfast was alright, but nothing special, and it was a slightly awkward space (which may be more of a me issue).

The property was in a central location for the old town and shopping area. Grateful for an air conditioned room which was comfortable. There is no lift so have to carry luggage upstairs. No reception after 20.00 so have to enter property via a key code.
