Nice staff, very polite and friendly. I was travelling with my cat, and we were given a gift kit for her with some toys and delicacy. Nice rooms which maintained cool air even with AC off Unfortunately I was not able to pay for breakfast with Apple Pay for some reason - it kept being declined however working fine in other locations

The rooms are cleanish. I've tried booking an extended checkout when I made my reservation a month ago, and I was told to “just ask the staff for it when I get to the hotel.” A month later, I arrive, check in, and tell the staff that I need an extended checkout. They acknowledge it. On the day of checkout, I get a weird feeling in my gut and decide to double-check whether my late checkout is actually arranged. Surprise: apparently it was never requested. So I ask for it then and there, already running late for my conference, and I'm told they CAN'T EXTEND MY STAY BECAUSE THEY'RE FULLY BOOKED What makes this especially ridiculous is that I had already asked for it twice: once a month ago when making the booking (and I wouldn't have booked this hotel if there hadn't been a late checkout option), and again at check-in. I also explained that I literally could not physically make my original checkout time because I was working for an additional hour beyond it. Still, absolutely no help from the staff. It seems that incoming guests are prioritized over guests who are already staying at the hotel and have made their requirements clear in advance. Which is certainly one way to run a hotel. Very disappointing experience. I had to leave work early, completely defeating the purpose of my business trip. If you're a working professional whose schedule depends on the hotel actually honoring or accurately communicating its checkout options, I would skip this one. Apparently, “late checkout” is more of a suggestion than an actual service.

it was comfortable and lobby was very cool with free tea and coffee. was very comfortable to work as well location is a bit far from center, but taxi is not expensive so it was okay

The staff was friendly and break fast was good. Also, it was convenient to get a taxi as they pulled directly in front of the property as opposed to a nearby location because of traffic. It was hot and I couldn’t adjust the AC.
