The bed was super comfortable,clean and they check out time was very comfortable and they also gave me extra time They took my credit card number and expiry date

Room was very tired. the depsoit box was not working and shower is quite a poor shape.

Very nice stuff! The hotel needs renovation. The rooms in the second building are old, the hairdryer barely works, and there is dust and dirt everywhere.

It’s very clean, breakfast was excellent and staff was super friendly and nice. It is well connected with the rest of the city by bus lines and it was very affordable. Just the lack of view maybe and the frequent street where the hotel is located, but not a big deal.

Hotel is on a great location and everything is like on the images. One thing that is. Ot described is loveliness and kindness of all staff members. They made our stay memorable and they are definately one pf main reasons we will return. Nothing to add

Clean , nice place , no place to park, but buses are cheap and reliable. The receptionist, Mrs.Lucica was an excellent, reliable person and explained us everything what we needed to know. The breakfast manager Mrs Gabriela, this is her name, was to eager to help us in the last day. We had to pick up the rental car, at 0800 we ask her if we can drink our coffee inside the breakfast area, couldn’t have time to eat. We had breakfast included. She had a big smile ironically said that we have to pay for the coffee. Well thank you madam. We came from States to be treated this way by a person who doesn’t know how to treat tourists, Is better if she would work in the kitchen. Where are no tourists. The way the breakfast manager treated us. Ironic smile false.
