Very poor conditions Location

It was a great location and the AC was a MUST with summer heat in Valencia! We loved making our own meals and we had everything we needed to do so! The unlocking mechanism took some getting used to but after a day or two it was seamless.

Beautiful building and hall The apartment entrance door was a bit tricky to close due to the unusual electronic lock mount

The bed was comfortable, I like the location, the concept with breakfast is also included was great. Overcomplicated administration as well room access with electronic code through internet. Late and unproper response of the owner in water problem cased by DANA. Late check in time. Pure kitchen options. Missing natural light.

Nice big bedrooms, very clean, easy to find. Late check in and early check out is not convenient at all.

Central location AC wasn’t great. Please supply more than 4 plastic hangers.

Superb

Had to pay an extra for the ham and cheese on my crossant. You only get a coffee, juice and one crossant. No hand soap ìn the appartment. Shower holder not in working other, toilet did not always flash and the lamp above the bed not screwed to the wall properly.

The furniture is ugly, the apartment loud, the floors of the apartment cheap and loud, nothing prepared for coffee the first morning. The bed was not fixed and broke down. One guest had to sleep on the matrasse on the floor. Sorry, I am very honest.

The location was great and it was spacious and very comfortable. There was only one teaspoon and two decent sized cups - possibly a slightly better selection of bowls too.

It’s in very good location . Hosts are good and I like the neighbourhood and breakfast place as well. Only think I did not like about the property is the air conditioner location which is not in the bedroom

Very beautiful designed interior, all necessary equipment to prepare meal. Wide, spacious rooms, bathroom. Perfect location (tapas bar at the same building, breakfast in nice cafe very close to apartment) The ventilation in the bedroom was not very good. The view from the windows was not good. And since all the entrance doors are opened remotely, there was little stress in case the phone was uncharged or the internet didn't work

Apartment so pretty. Automatic checkin with clear and easy indications on "how to". Placed in the center of city. Nothing

Loved our apartment especially the location no dishwasher soap no tea towel to dry dishes could have used more towels, toilet paper etc

Good

Great position, proximity to Colon metro station (less than 30 min to Airport) and walking distance to historic center. The apartment was nicely furnished. The rooms face the internal courtyard and one cannot hear noise coming from the street (it is a lively area with bars and restaurants). The communication with the host was great and they sent us the virtual keys via link, which worked really well and was very convenient. Cleanliness could be improved. The building is poorly soundproofed and one can hear all noise coming from other apartments.
