Borgo Tre Rose

The location was gorgeous and the personnel were very kind. We had problems with the air conditioning and they have to change our rooms.

The place is amazing! great rooms and very well maintained property. There are breathtaking views everywhere you look. There are a lot of things to do. We toured their cellar and tasted their wines. Breakfast was great with a large variety of pastries, cheese, meats, eggs and fruit. We also had dinner at their restaurant that serves a range of really tasty Italian dishes. Nothing

The place is amazing, the views are so beautiful, plenty of activities to do. We hope to come back. Only bad thing was that our room was one of those rooms that are connected to other room just by a door, so we could hear clearly what the people in the next room were talking. Luckily it was an old couple and they were pretty quiet, but it definitely was awkward, as we were afraid to just talk because you can really hear it.

Came for our honeymoon, they have us free room upgrade to a junior suite! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had an ala cartel menu as well as a daily suggested menu. The ravioli was better good. Breakfast had a large variety on the balcony with a beautiful view, only offered 8-10. Wine tastings only available in the evening.

We loved the environment. The garden was amazing. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was also decent. We stayed at an apartment. The beds were very uncomfortable; the management should consider changing those. We stayed for 4 nights and it wasnt pleasant in such a nice place. Since it is an apartment, they said they didnt have cleaning or changing of towels available for the apartment. Change of towels only on additional cost. The first apartment they gave us didnt have a garden area. I didnt like that and asked if they have another apartment available. Luckily there was onr more and we changed it. Amazing garden however I would have expected them to give us the nice one in the first place. The experience is in the second apartment couldnt have been compared to the first one. The staff was very kind and they made our stay very nice overall despite the beds..

The location is breathtakingly beautiful. This historical property was built in the 12 Century and I was told was a village! Wait for the sunset and take lots of pics. Book their vineyard tour ahead. Breakfast was good - only scrambled eggs and hard boiled offered. I requested fresh ricotta which I received at no extra cost. Rooms are large suites with kitchen. One flight up stairs suites are too steep for older guests and kids - ask for ground level rooms.

The landscape and complex was beautiful . The pool was clean and wonderful to use. But no drink and good service at pool. Apartments were not that comfortable . The staff need some training to learn about hospitality services, the breakfast was very ordinary . If you ask for extra towel they would charge you. The don’t wash your pool towel daily and if you need a fresh one for next day, they will charge you. We had 2 separate apartments and both were dark .

This is one of my most amazing stays in my life. I couldn't believe that I actually stay in this beautiful place. It is located in the most beautiful surroundings in Tuscany, at the very picturesque Valiano. Wherever you turn, you enjoy the stunning views. Also you can taste some of their great wines. Excellent experience! Maybe more treatment from the hosts, some welcome compliments from the house, details in the rooms...

lovely setting, beautiful property and views. room was luxurious, maybe a bit small but i did choose that option. staff friendly. breakfast was very good with a large variety of pastries, cheese, meats, eggs and fruit all good except for fruit juice. dinner was lovely, a bit pricey. definitely worth a visit with some wine estates to visit in the area. no tea or coffee in rooms, pricey dinner.

One of the best places to stay. Would highly recommend!

Quiet country hotel, away from the busy places. Well maintained. Decent restaurant and extensive breakfast. Great wine tasting! Relatively far from the city (of Montepulciano).
