Food could be better

Everything was pristine! Seems like it’s a pretty new property, and it’s maintained very well. I loved the property, except I would have liked for them to have viewing options at the bar; very limited programming.

I loved how all the rooms were separate little cabins! Felt very private and comfortable. I love the drinks and snacks available also that there’s so many outdoor places to hang out and have a drink on the property!

Should not have glass bottles for soaps in a shower. Also, our room had dishes and glasses, but no way to wash them or dry them. Also the tv did not get any channels, only streaming services.

The property exceeded our expectations. The location is great having a lot of wineries around and not as hard to get to as other properties. The layout of the private apartments was excellent and allowed for full privacy. The attention of the hosts was great and just a message away. The pool was nice and jacuzzi worked great. They only have water, wine and snacks available for purchase. I wish they had a wider selection of last minute things you'd need and more variety of wine. But these are extras perks that are not a must to have as you could just come prepared. Not the hotel fault.

Beyond perfect, I can't wait to return to this beautiful place.

Unique layout and rooms were clean. Good location for the money. The location was down a very difficult dirt road with a normal car. There were some sketchy spots with an SUV or a truck. You would be just fine. It would be helpful if there were more details about getting to the location and the condition of the roads beforehand.. the staff was helpful, but did not speak any English at all and we booked the hotel because it had a hot tub, but the hot tubs were all cold.

It was very clean and convenient. It was very new and a little sterile. Needs some decorations for oomph. The staff is super nice.

Check out was hard didn't open on time when it was noted reception open at 9am. Took a while to get towels.

Didn’t like that I had to travel through dirt road with rocks and holes. Lost some mud guards and broke a spoiler on my car. It would have been nice to have a microwave.

Nothing They offer a hotel room in stead the provide a caravan on the application they mix pictures of a caravan an a hotel room that is not correct they spoil my weekend

I like everything about the place. The property is well maintained from the rooms to the property grounds. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help you with anything you need. I liked everything about the property. The one thing that we couldn't get to work was the TV but i didn't mind because we weren't there to watch TV.

The staff were super nice and welcoming. The property was so pretty and had a great pool and jacuzzi with cabanas. It was peaceful and a great location to restaurants and vineyards. Our air conditioner was broken. They came to fix it but it only stayed on as a fan and then turned off after an hour. We just left it since it didn’t get fixed the first time. We wish there were screens on the windows so we could get fresh air without bugs flying on.

I had a great time at this place! My friends and family loved their stay as well. Oscar, the manager, was very helpful by offering a catering service for my birthday celebration, which turned out to be perfect. The food was delicious and more than enough for my group! Everyone enjoyed, including our little one who loved the pool. I would definitely come back and recommend this place.
