The room was very clean and well laid out. The price was totally reasonable. Our room was over the main road. In addition to regular traffic noises there was a very loud construction project across the road.

A bit noisy, noisy road..

The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were meticulously clean. I loved the Turkish bath and the shower 'paradise'.

Amazing place!

The property is a family business and the owner was very friendly. We asked about a bus to Pieve di Cadore and then he offered to give us a ride, which was very nice so we didn't have to go by bus or walk.

AC was missing and we wouldn’t expect something like that during summer in Italy. We missed that line from Booking description. During the day, the temperature in the hotel room was a bit high, but during night it was better.

Good parking, and a good restaurant inside the hotel. Close to supermarket The room was quite large, but it wasn't the cleanest. We found stains on the sheet, bug in the bathroom, hairs, etc. The location is pretty remote, nothing to do nearby besides eating at the hotel's restaurant. The bed was not comfortable.

We had a one-night stay only. Everything was good and we appreciated the on-site restaurant. The rooms were soundproofed, so the road traffic wasn't a problem.

Room was well-equipped and cleaned nice every day. Room had a beautifil view to mountains is people choose this kind of room. Nearby Restaurant is very excellent, very creative food. Service was excellent for both hotel and restaurant. Hotel is in the middle of Cadore Valley. Supermarket is closeby. Neighbourhood is very nice and calm. You can rent a bike nearby and lots of restaurants are there. Wihout air-conditioning, the room can be hot during summer.

We enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options. Although we had to get used to boiling our own eggs, it was easy enough to do and is something you often find in many Italian hotels. We also appreciated the view from our room. The small fridge and Smart TV were nice touches as well. The hotel offers free parking right next to the building, which is very convenient. A major plus is the on-site restaurant, which was excellent—we ended up having dinner there every evening. The hotel has been renovated, but you can still see traces of its old style in the rooms from before the renovation. I suppose it's a matter of personal preference, but I wouldn't use those old red bed sheets anymore—they look very outdated. At first, it felt like we had booked a hotel that was more suited for a one-night transit stay. However, as time went on, we got used to it. Our room was located next to the stairs, making it quite noisy. We could hear kids running and screaming downstairs, as well as the sound of dishes being loaded into the dishwasher. While it didn’t bother us much, it became rather disruptive when we had to go to bed early to wake up very early the next day. The staff were friendly, though their English wasn’t always very strong. When I asked for advice on visiting the Drei Zinnen, they weren’t particularly helpful regarding specific viewpoints and areas to visit. For anyone planning to go there, the Drei Zinnen and Misurina viewpoint are definitely worth seeing and can be covered in a day. However, it’s about an hour’s drive, and you should leave around 5 AM to secure a parking spot; otherwise, the gate may be closed due to full parking.
