No hay Servicio de limpieza en curators Durante nuestra estancia. Las paredes del baño tienen humedad. Como no sacan la basura hay moscos. No dan agua para tomar en el cuarto (botellas).

Hotel and Resort were beyond beautiful, it was our first time at this resort unfortunately our last time due to rude staff. Ilianna over at the pool was beyond rude check in us. I had read the policy prior to walking in and i asked her for towels and she rolled her eyes. Moving foward to my night my keys were disconnect to my room and Rin / Joseph were COMPLETELY rude, I really dont see how Joseph is "management" ... I will never recommend harrahs i would rather keep driving to Sycuan. I really hope an upper management can take actions over Josephs attitude, not to mentiom i was still locked out an hour put my room for the $500 i paid waste of money.

I love everything about it , I just had one big issue . I booked a room with a view I payed extra for that . Instead I got a room with the parking lot which was not so great to look at. If i would have known, I would’ve gotten one with a Mountain View at least!! Supposedly they were all booked , I booked in advance and got there early for that reason. That’s one thing I hated about my last experience. Keep in mind there’s a difference of money between pool view and Mountain View or no view like I got!! I payed over 500 for a night

The service and some price gouging are the problem here. We stayed for a short 3 night getaway. We were surprised that the maids would not make our room, not after day one, or even after day 2. When we asked the maid if they could remove our trash they would not even do that. I can see not servicing the room except every other day but not once during a 3 night stay - wow, that is really unacceptable. Then, when we checked out after our 3rd day using the television checkout, we got a bill / statement emailed to us. Mid afternoon we got an email from them saying we had not left the room and we were being charged a $75 late fee. Huh, we checked out and left. Have receipts from the gas station down the street & a Mexican restaurant where we grabbed a breakfast burrito to prove it. I called in and the lady I spoke to could not handle to fix it and promised a call back by the manager. I did get a call several hours later and the manager said they made a mistake with the maid reporting the wrong room and they were correcting the charge-not even an apology. As of now, 2 full days later the charge is still showing on my credit card. This is ridiculous. On top of all this - the restaurants gouge on pricing - ie. +$3 charge for a small rice not included with entre-ridiculous

Use coffee makers in the room. Pools and lazy river were fun. Wish there was a Buffett but food options are not bad but not anything great.

No cleanliness dirty rooms and sheets and towels smell like a moldy scent.

I rated "good" as I was treated very well, amenities and bath and bed were excellent however there are two very tall and very large towers which require an extra amount of pulling luggage through the halls.

Easy breezy little get away from this heat. Thank you Harrah’s for a wonderful staycation.

The rooms had ants and the staff were rude as the lazy river closed by 2 pm and any type of compensation was not given
