Excellent breakfast Excellent staff Nothing

This hotel is a wonderful family run hotel. Sofia their 5 year old daughter is adorable. We think she is positioning herself for a take over of the family business! Mum, Dad and Nonna are all really lovely and helpful. The apartment we had was a good size, clean with good air conditioning. We slept very well in our comfortable bed with the best pillows ever! Breakfast was excellent and plentiful served from 7.30 until 11. Such a long period of time. The location is also just perfect near the seafront. We would recommend you borrow the hotel bikes and cycle up to the canal in the center of town. Cesanatico is amazing. Grazie Mille, such memories we have of this resort. We parked in front of the hotel because the overflow car parking is 700 meters from the hotel which really isn't ideal. Otherwise, an amazing experience in every way!

The hotel is small but so chic. The owners are very very kind and helpfull. Room was very clean, the beds super confortable. Parking at the hotel, no extra charge. Breakfast more than ok. The hotel is at 2 minutes from the beach. Near the hotel is a restaurant with amazing Food at resonable prices The room and bathroom a little small, but for me was ok also becouse i dont run at the Maraton în the room. I just want to have a place where to rest and sleep. At the beach, was weird. În the water i, the sand is like the stone and covered with seeweed.

The hotel is situated in the 3/4th line from the sea (perfectly matchs our preferences). The room was very comfy, clean, with all necessary devices and small balcony with see view. The stuff was kind and helpful. They has served not only Italian breakfast, but there was plenty of eggs (variations), salami, ham, prosciutto, cheese, vegetables, etc., what we welcomed after eating a croissant for a week. ;) Mosquitos on the terrace. :(

Exceptional

We stayed here for a week in September with a toddler. Everything was perfect. Owners of a hotel are so friendly and helped us with everything we've asked. Rooms are perfectly clean and cleaning is every day. Breakfast are awesome. Everyone can choose something from this variety (and also not just sweets as it is usually in Italy but a lot of normal food as well). Beach is just few minutes by walk. If you do not want to pay for a beach facilities, there is also a free beach nearby. Also, you can rent bicycles for free. Thank you for your hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is super friendly for a traveling with a dog. Everything was clean and nice. The beach is so close and there are special beach lounger in the beginning of the beach where you can stay with your dog for an extra 5 EUR. Also, there is a free beach. My parents were traveling by car, so it was nice that we had a parking spot right in front of a hotel. Mattresses were comfy. Also, we liked that we can order a coffee anytime and it was delicious.

Great location, one block away from the main street. And really 100 meters away from the sea. The hosts are super friendly. They offer free bike rental. The breakfast is excellent, really a lot of choice. The cleanliness is on par. Everything is nice and clean. The rooms are nice. The room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, a mini fridge and a balcony. I highly recommend it. ?☺

Awesome owners! This is a family hotel run by amazing people. They were so kind and very helpful. Great place to stay. I'm not sure if it's mentioned on the page, but this is the one of the best places to look for if you are traveling with a dog.

A clean recently refurbished BB with good size rooms and unsuits. Owners very helpful. Nothing to complain about.

Good breakfast, nice location, clean and friendly staff. Being there during off season parking was not an issue. All in all good for an one night stay. Very small room and bathroom. Not good value for money during off season due to the size of the room/bathroom. I imagine that during summer parking nearby would be a real issue.

The hosts are wonderful and very helpful,the breakfast is very delicious and every wish is fulfilled. Very clean,the beach is 2min away and very nice,also a small supermarket is in the next building. Our had a small refrigerator und balcony,we found everything simply perfect
