Remarkably clean facility for a pet friendly hotel. No odor. Convenient location for our appointment and many varied and delicious choices for dining and shopping. Open spaces behind the hotel with great walking paths. Only downside was outdoor concert all summer with varied groups performing. Rick band freaked out our poor cat. Otherwise, highly recommend. Lot of shelves & storage everywhere, comfortable couch, convenience kitchen, nice outdoor lap pool & gas fire pit. Highly recommend

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, great for an extended stay. Spacious and week equipped. The pool is fantastic for this type of hotel. The hotel is within minutes of tons of suburban shipping and restaurants, it helps to have a car, but not absolutely necessary. Breakfast was standard for this type of American hotel. Subpar for Europe. It is fine for early morning before work or meetings but not great.

We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. Staff was very pleasant.

Rooms good size. Bed comfortable. Outlook onto back gardens lovely. Rooms abit tired could use updating. Breakfast not amazing.

i should be able to hook up to the wifi in windows and then click a web page that registers me/gets me on. getting that second step was hit and miss. also the basic internet is too slow. 10mb is inadequate.

We enjoyed our stay: the room was clean and spacious, with a full closet and kitchenette with dishes and utensils, coffee maker, fridge, etc. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful, bringing us a mat for the tub/shower and extra pillows. Appreciated the grab bar located as one enters/exits tub/shower, most hotels don’t get that right. Complimentary breakfast had the usual items: We appreciated real cooked oatmeal with an array of toppings, fresh fruit. Located near a number of stores and restaurants. Only complaint was that the air conditioner fan was very loud, we kept adjusting. However we would stay again.

The hvac was pretty loud but effective. Otherwise good sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of restaurants a short walk away. Great for pets.
