The staff were excellent and the facilities were as described. The view of a blank wall from our room. A city view was billed in the description. A wall is part of a 'city' warehouse view, but not at all what was promised!

Very new hotel in a great quiet area with lots of restaurants and supermarket walking distance. Easy parking. On the website the photographs of the pool suggest it's a swimming pool but it's not big enough for that. Very disappointed. Duvet way too thick.

The spa facilities were great and staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of secure parking. Only 1 hour slots for pool, sauna and steam room per stay per person. Quite expensive for an industrial site location. Breakfast was of moderate quality.

Average size room, clean and quiet. Very good breakfast Safe and covered ground car park free of charge. Next to a big shopping center, gas station , cinema and restaurant - bar. Hotel is far away from City center, so you need a car to move around. Local transportation stops early.

Nice, modern hotel set within a trading estate so easy access to shopping, restaurants etc. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Overall a good hotel for a quick stopover but would choose elsewhere for spa facilities if that was a high priority. Falls short as a "spa hotel" which was reason we chose to stay there. No changing facilities in spa, no towels provided just instructions to change in our room (and return cold and wet to shower) in robes sized for a mini people! Also no jacuzzi, plus pool is more a plunge pool rather than swim pool. It was warm just 4 strokes and turn around or hit the shallow bottom. Sadly disappointing for our two night relax & spa stay.

A great contemporary building and interior. Very useful facilities with the pool and wellness room after a long journey. My wife and daughter had an excellent facial massage. The lounge and bar area were very convivial and the breakfast was superb. Leaving there after just one night!!

The staff were very welcoming and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The shower, what poured out all over the floor, it is a poor design.
