It was spacious and had a comfortable bed. AC was also good. Access was easy. The area was quiet. Host was responsive to queries. The final address was given to me on the day of arrival and was different from the one advertised on the booking. I had booked to be near the conference centre and instead had to walk 13 mins everyday to attend the conference and come back by myself at night as none of my colleagues were that far. The flat had a strong smell of cigarettes.

Comfortable apartment conveniently located in Vanves. It has good air-co Which was a huge advantage on hot days. We enjoyed going to the weekend flea market Vanves which was quite an attraction ! There is also a very nice bistrot just around the corner called Le petit Vanves (closed on Sundays) - we definitely recommend it! Also the neighbourhood is very quiet at night and you can sleep well. It would be helpful to have shower gel and dish washing liquid but not a problem in general

Just a little bit far away to the city centre but it takes 15 minutes walk to the metro and you can go to the city centre in 25 minutes.

Very cozy B&B facility. Excellent value for money. De owners are very friendly. We called them after 10:00 pm, and the helped is really well. Nice old building, very spacious room. Big and clean bathroom. Location is close to the convention center, which was our main reason for choosing this area. For this price, no further suggestions.
