The ac was not working , no technician was sent after repeatly requesting one and did not change room Paris was 103 and our room felt the same . Staff was very rude and was not understanding at all. The rooms don't have an iron there is a common area for iron which only has 2 irons with long lines ! Paid for a 4 star but honestly we had to cut out trip short due to hotel ac we couldn't not sleep at night time so did not enjoy our one day in Paris Property look nice but it need major ac upgrades due to the heat in summer now in Paris

This hotel is far from historic center, but we knew it - it is close to Roland garros. The property is large, you have big lobby, you have a big restaurant. The room is also good size! The breakfast is expensive - 20 euro, but good selection! We also tried room service and the food was good! There is a water station on each floor so you can have fresh water. Overall, good hotel! The cleaning is not the best - they clean rooms well, but not hallways. The air conditioning was weak - it cooled the room but not fast and not enough. But there is a window you can open to get some fresh air.

Desired location Poor, looks like a road motel

  • Engine customer May 2026

    Parking was very, very expensive

The water in the dispenser next to the elevators smelled like a swamp, it was impossible to drink.

the hotel was at a location convenient to the workplace The staff at the reception had no information about my travel and made me wait inspite of booking made for 1 prior day extra so that i can get the check in easily the next day.

Easy access for Exhibition centers and Metro station.. Excellent room. Room cleanliness was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good with good service and reasonable prices. Check-in took a long time. Garage access was frustrating requiring repeated visits to Reception to re-validate garage access ticket. Initial Room allocation did not have a refrigerator.

I enjoyed my stay of three days and everybody were very pleasant and helpful at all times. the hotel facilities for me were very good. The location was also very good. my room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my breakfast each morning and drinks in the bar in the evening. I would return the hotel if i was coming to the area again. Keep up the good work. Many thanks Best regards Andy h There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

It is a bit far from the city and requires walking to the metro station

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

No water in room fridge , no bath robe and no sleepers

The staff were very good and welcoming. The wifi was good. It was a bit old and not very clean. The bed was ok but not super comfortable.

A lot of things missing in the room, like soap or toothpaste

Car park was expensive at €35-€45 per night. Car park small and steep. Our car bottomed out on exit ramp. Judging by the skid marks on the ground, many prior car had same experience

Conveniently located to the convention center The distance from everything else. No close subway, no pharmacy or shops close by. The room (230) had a space for it but no fridge! The rooms were not more than 3stars. There was no pool in the property. The breakfast was okay but nothing exciting about it! Not a lot of pastries ( hello we were in Paris) nor a lot of hot choices or a la carte options

Great staff, helpful, clean. Attached restaurant was helpful. No stores nearby to grab some quick bfast, coffee or snack.

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

The rooms were beautifully decorated. For a hotel in Paris, I was quite satisfied—usually, you have to spend a lot to get something decent there It was a bit of a distance from the Porte de Versailles metro station—you’ll need good legs to walk it! But if you enjoy walking, it’s perfectly manageable

    Great value, great location, clean

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

I didn’t realise how far off the property was from everything. My mistake basically, but still.
