Location was convinient. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful WIFi was limited to 2 connections per room. With 2 of us having 6 gadgets. this was a big challenge. Staff trie to help but solution was limited to few hours and not lasting for the stay.Room was small for the price we paid. Towels and sheets have seen better time. We had stayed here 5 years back. But things seem to have run down.

Nothing great but maybe the location 1. Very poor cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms/bath. 2. Bedsheets and duwet covers were filthy and we forced the housekeeping to change them when we returned to the hotel at night after sightseeing. 3. At checkout, the staff at the reception was rude and very unprofessional. At 9am there was no manager or responsible person to listen to our feedback. 4. Dirty dishes from other guests were in the corridor for the entire duration of our stay 5. The hotel does not deserve to be 4 stars. Rooms are old, not well maintained and need deep cleaning and renovation (we booked two rooms and both were equally bad!)

Very well located in the city. Attentive staff and the breakfast spread was decent Rooms for sure need an upgrade. They need a coat of paint and refresh, if these things are done the stay can be more comfortable. Towels etc can be fresher
