We stayed from Dec 18- Dec 20 for 2 nights & the experience was good.. Tea maker(Water heater)& tea preparation arrangement facility should in the room. Seperate towel should be provided in the room for every members.

Bad Staff behavior, management attitude and ruluctance to provided services . Full charges were taken upfront but no services like breakfast, timely cleaning were provided

Only plus point is it's location. It's near Vishwanath temple and ghats Poor and pathetic room service. If you ignore the location, this hotel is avoidable.

Nothing The price is very high compare then room it's take approx 2.5k for 21 hours it's not even for 24 hours. AC is not working there is no soap, no hand towel even we told to reception lot of time but they still not provide extra pillow. They charge full amount for extra 8 hours. This is worst experience I'll never ever come to this hotel and I'm also tell me family, friends, relatives and know person at no one come here.

Rooms were comfortable, hotel owner helped us with everything we needed and hotel is super close to the river and all the important sights. We enjoyed the tour the owner organized for us. Breakfast in the hotel was very nice

The location is excellent. I could see the Ganges view from the top floor. The rooms, the food at the restaurant at the top floor and the hospitality by the the Hotel Owner was very comforting. Would definitely give a visit next time.

My parents were there for a leisure trip, they can not stop praising the staff, facilities and location, everything was phenomenal, I would like to thank the hotel for making my parents stay wonderful and taking care of them (senior citizens), i had booked it online and was worried about the facilities but the feedback from my parents was that everything is great at this hotel !!
