Wifi could be more stable. However, this is not a big issue.

The reception was friendly and helpful. The restaurant food and staff were very efficient and food was very good. The approach was blocked due to construction so the luggage had to be carried for few meters inside from the road but the hotel sent their staff to help out.

The restaurant is exceptionally good. A bit expensive but value for money. Family room is spacious and room service is great too. The service crew is cordial and helpful; some even went the extra mile to assist us. Hotel is not accesible by car, which may be an issue for elderly people. There's no railing on the flight of stairs leading to the hotel entrance, which may also affect people with mobility issues. One of the restaurant staffs tried to scam us by altering the amount on the check. But otherwise it's been a pleasant stay overall.

Excellent property with heritage ambiance Nothing as such

There is nothing that I liked. Overall stay was very unpleasant and disappointing 1. From the photos it seems that it is a well made hotel amidst the hustle bustle of streets closer to the temple. However, this is not the case. The entrance is very shabby. Moreover there is massive construction work ongoing on the streets right outside the hotel and it is complete mess. 2. The rooms are not clean. The cleanliness of bed sheets, blankets not good. Infact on one of the days my room was not even cleaned till I came back at 9pm. Moreover, there were lizards and insects in my room 3. The staff is very casual and careless. You request them some things and they just do not care 4. To my surprise there is only 1 iron floating around in the whole hotel and there is no iron board 5. I checked out of the hotel on 7th June. Till date I have not received my invoice. Unable to understand what is the problem in having my invoice. Have requested the hotel multiple times but no use. 6. The food is not at all good. Infact the only day I visited the restaurant for the buffet breakfast, there was hardly anything in the buffet. The food was being prepared in the kitchen and then too the quality was not good This hotel is just interested in our money without spending a single dime on upgrading its infrastructure, cleanliness, quality and staff. I would not recommend this hotel

Good location quiet but near the Ghats and not far from bus and train stations. Big room with comfort beds; clean; Breakfast adequate ; menu for dinner is good with reasonable costs; the staff ( Sonu and Bhawesh) are exceptionally helpful and keen on answering any queries or giving good advices on tours or places to visit, helping to book train, bus or tuktuk. Live classical music ( flute& drums) at the hotel restaurant from 8pm-10pm is lovely and relaxing. Actually nothing about this hotel; due to building operation relating to cable car construction at the moment; cars are not allowed near the hotel; only Tuktuks are allowed. The construction will finish at the end of this year as planned.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel in Varanasi. It's very well located, with easy access to the main spots in the city. The staff was incredibly kind. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and above the standard of most hotels in the area — all for a fair price. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and a great experience in Varanasi!

Excellent location walking distance to Kashi Vishwanath temple & ghats. Superb breakfast with lot of variety. Very good sandwiches.Bhavesh at reception very helpful to arrange one hr Boat trip to see all the Ghats, Ganga Aarti, five hrs sight seeing of other temples by taxi, Benaras University, Sarnath, Budhist place must see. Santosh Tiwari helped at Ganga Aarti, walk back to hotel & best Kachori restaurant of Kashi, which is next to the hotel. Though at city center with lot of traffic, hotel isolated & absolutely No traffic noise.

Near to the Temple.. friendly staff Cannot go on car till property.. we had to get down and take a rickshaw due to construction and road blockages

Good location if you dont wanna be fully in the old centre where you cant reach by car. Still walkable distance. Rooms spacious, ac worked. First room the card slot was broken but got upgraded to a new room so no problem. Booked activities and taxi through the hotel, which was easy though possible a bit overpriced. Breakfast was tasty. Restocking items at breakfast wasnt very efficient. Staff seemed to be looking for extras/tips and in doing so were a bit intrusive.

Location Toilets are not great even flush not working at all, we carried water via bucket to cummod

Location, it is very accessible to all the nearby points of visit. The evening music by artists. The entry and surroundings were dirty and stinking. But once you enter the area, it is better.
