Very bad service.. they cancelled my stay for the next day at the last minute though they confirmed on the previous day that my stay was extended. I asked to extend stay, they said extended for tbe next day, but next day afternoon they said I need to move out because the hotel is full.

There was a man who was stalking me and as many times as I said no politely, he continued to seek me out by phone. Eventually, he had the staff openy hotel room. I would like the staff to have more antenna up when single women are staying at the hotel. It did not feel safe because he was able to come directly to my room, without the staff questioning him. He was with the staff when they forcibly opened the door, and then came to my door again the following morning. There needs to be more astute protection for hotel guests.

The staff was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay. While the location can be a bit tricky to find on Google Maps, it's actually right in the heart of the city, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort were impressive—definitely recommended for a family stay.

There's only one lift and that too works erratically. For senior citizens to walk down the stairs from the 5th floor was bad. Some construction work was going on in the upper stories with continuous hammering/drilling and gratting during the period of our stay. The staff's response to the situation was completely negative. Little or no effort was made to resolve the issue.

This hotel room was spacious. Lobby is beautiful. Restaurant is good. The hotel upgraded my room. That was a very good gesture on its part. Staffer should have been more trained. Little more detailing about the bathroom should have been planned for the convenience of the customers.

Rooms and amenities are very comfortable. I was able to enjoy UNTIL BEFORE checkout. The problem is payment. The hotel concierge didn't accept any foreign credit cards. Since I didn't enough cash, the another hotel staff brought me to the ATM and I was able to withdraw cash for payment. However, confirming the information of this hotel of Booking.com later, such kind of payment information is not written. Especially, it says JCB card, which is Japanese company, is acceptable. I won't recommend this hotel until this information is revised or they accept foreign credit cards. Not only this hotel, there are few ATMs which accept foreign credit cards in Varanasi. Be careful!
