Good Hotel

We recently stayed at the Country Inn, Varanasi, and it was a wonderful, luxurious experience right in the center of everything! The Highlights (What We Loved) Prime Location: The hotel is a brand-new, exceptionally well-maintained property right in the center of all major visiting places. It’s located on a always-bustling street, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Excellent Hospitality: The staff were courteous, friendly, and very informative, always ready to guide us with local tips. Sumptuous Breakfast: The breakfast spread was amazing! It was incredibly tasty with a massive variety of both South Indian and North Indian items. Areas for Improvement (What Could Be Better) While our stay was largely fantastic, there were a couple of things that the management should address for a seamless luxury experience: AC Interruption During Power Cuts: Power cuts seem to happen regularly here. While the backup generator kicks in, the AC units shut down completely each time. This required us to manually switch the AC back on every single time—even in the middle of the night, which disrupted our sleep. Complimentary Water Bottles: For the premium price paid, providing tiny 500ml water bottles feels a bit stingy. Upgrading to standard 1L complimentary water bottles would be much more appropriate for a luxury property.

Great new hotel in Varanasi, centrally located and around 2-3 kilometers away from major temples and ghats. The hotel is also close to shopping districts and has good resturants around. Food was great and breakfast options plenty to keep out group (including the kids) happy. The highlight for us has been the very helpful staff, who catered to every request with a smile. The rooms were on the smaller size though, and although there were bigger rooms available, booking the rooms based on photos probably did not help us. Room size for the rooms we booked was a bit on the smaller side

They don’t accept American visa and master card. You need Indian visa & master card. Not good for foreigners travelers.
